Hard to tell what it is from the merchant info on my statement

I ordered an electrician's tool from this site as the result of an ad that popped up on a solitaire game/app I play. The ad specifically stated the tool was "Made in USA" Product shipped from China. Highly doubt an American manufactured tool would ship from China. Tool was otherwise as advertised but it took over a month for it to arrive.

The company is a scam site

I never ordered anything from their website but was charged $ 55.49 on 04-02-2025 for something I didn't order.As soon as I saw the charge I reported it as fraud to my bank.My bank is investigating the charge and has reversed the charge.Now I have to wait 7 days to get a new debit card.Buyers beware.

where is my refund order number #20695…

where is my refund order number #20695 i have been waiting since the 10th January 2025 sent 2 messages no reply????? terrible customer service, it is now the the 29th January and I still haven’t heard from anyone at glamorous regarding my refund, what is going on. customers I would be very very wary of ordering anything from this company, they don’t refund your items that you have sent back or reply to e-mails. I will contact the ombudsman now and my bank

I never ordered anything from this…

I never ordered anything from this company but was charged $49.94 at 5:53 am for something I never ordered. Im not even up at that time. Called and emailed and never received a call back or an email. They owe me but I can't get ahold of them. I want this amount refunded immediately.

I placed an order and my money was…

I placed an order and my money was taken out of my account but no updates on an eta of where or when my package is being sent or if its even sent out. Please give me the information I requested or I want a refund for the whole order. Not great customer service both url for emails not valid. No one answer the phone.

Fab clothes easy refund …

I purchased a fabulous fur jacket but unfortunately it was too small . There is no exchange but I sent it back and got a refund in two weeks which is the stated time and got notified on the refund . I am very happy with the right size jacket and as I had no problems with refunds I will definitely purchase again ! Thank you

Not a truthful company


Ordered two pairs of jeans. Order bigger sizes and neither fit. This is a scam and they need to be reported. Tried to reach and can't get them. Plus they are not friendly at all. I was told I could not send them back before I received the items. Lesson learned. Tramp going to stop alot of this.

This is the worst company I have come…

This is the worst company I have come across for a while. I am surprised they are allowed to sell in the UK because they are a complete scam. Bought a dress that looked nothing like the advertised dress when it came, horribly made, horrid shade colour, would not fit, was late and so many other things wrong with it. Then when I asked for my refund I was given endless options which were ridiculous! They then said they will only refund 85% plus 15% for restocking which means I will only receive 70%, if I do ever receive that money plus sending the item back! How is this even legal.. would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I ordered one item went I checked out…

I ordered one item went I checked out it took it apon it’s self to add on another item a 24 dollar item came out to 50 dollars and their is no one to contact or email the email says it’s not a valid address

I have sent you the order number on all addresses and contacts listed for your business already, multiple times, with no response. I maintain that this business is a scam. If I ever receive my order I might consider revising this assessment.

Happy to take my money..but not happy tosend me my ordered and waited and…

Placed my order,waited and waited and still waiting..emailed them,for them to say they did have it in stock..although they said it was in stock when I placed the order..they were happy to take my money,but not happy to send me m6 outfit..they were very unhappy when I kept on complaining on there website..still haven't received on order..😡

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. I their return policy is almost impossible, they make it that way n purpose. I ended up with a dress I will never wear, and they only give you 30% return. I lost over 100 dollars. To return you get even a smaller refund after you pay for all the fees. They do not care to make you happy or work with you. Don’t order anything!!!!

I have the worst experience with…

I have the worst experience with glamorous.jo, I have received a bad quality of “fur” jacket with was around 1000$ yet the quality was the worst ever. And when I reached out, they mentioned that they will not exchange it for me although their policy refund does not mention anything about it.

They actually deserve zero stars.
I was having some pieces from this brand but buying them from local sellers as I live in Germany. But on the 17th of November 2023
I gave this brand a chance and bought directly from Glamorous website. Huge mistake. They sent my order after 3 days. Then time passed by and there was no info about my parcel on the tracking website. I wrote to the customer services and no answer. I had to call the German customs and the German Post to finely find my parcel and to make it move out of the customs. There was no problem with the customs check, they just forgot the parcel somewhere. So after 20 days and MY efforts, I finally got the parcel. And guess what??? The customer services wrote to me right after I got the parcel an answer that my parcel was delivered on 7th of December!!! Oh, so kind of you, to write to me, after I had to solve the problem and informing me that I got my parcel. Thank you, I’m well aware of that! I payed also the customs duties for the stuff you sell on your website! Not worth it! The styles I got had low-quality both in fabric and in execution.
Never buying a thing again from this website or this manufacturer!
