This online shop is a scam

Delivery abroad took more than one and half months.
First, I was waiting for almost month without any notification. After email to them my order was finally shipped. No word of apology or explanation.
When the package finally arrived - half of things were missing - again no explanation.
Condition of delivered items was horrible - like they had spent half a century inside some dusty factory - really bad dirty packaging and cheap quality of products.
Their mail packaging is dimply a plastic bag without any protection!
Had to contact them several times about cancellation of my order, but was told that I would have to pay for shipping myself.
Paying for this garbage even more would had been a waste, so just asked my credit card to cancel the whole thing.

Excellent customer relations

In Oct 2016 I made a purchase of 2 pairs of boots. I returned one using the Glamorous freepost label.
My refund had not been credited to my account by December but with all the hassle of Christmas I let it slide. I checked my Feb statement. No refund. I contacted Customer care.
They located my customer order and requested a photo of proof of posting, which I provided.
I have been credited the refund. I think that is a really excellent show of goodwill. I shall be shopping with this company again and have already recommended them to friends.

Great customer service

Bought some jeans from this website and delivery was super fast. The jeans were not really my liking when the arrived as there were more rips than actual jeans but that is probably just my age. However my daughter returned these late and outside the returns period(without telling me) but after customer care emailed me they actually issued a full refund despite receiving the goods late. This is appreciated and I can see bad reviews on here for their customer service so I feel it's right to shout about when you receive excellent service ! Thank you glamourous... I will be reordering! !

Awful customer service

I love Glamorous clothes and have ordered from the official website numerous times. I have never had a problem before apart from this time.
Placed an order expecting it in 2-3 days, instead I was told 3-5 days. No confirmation email sent. Messaged customer service many times asking for an update - tweeted, emailed and sent a message through their website - all with NO answer. Finally messaged them through Facebook and got a response. When items did arrive two things were missing. By this point I couldn't even be bothered to email to let them know as I knew I wouldn't receive a response so sent everything back. Still waiting for a refund/confirmation they have received the items 2 weeks later. DO NOT RECOMMEND. As another review says buy through ASOS.

Awful: customer service

I ordered a pair of jeans on their site, they emailed me confirming the order and said they would send me the shipping information when they had sent my item. I never received this shipping information though they proceeded to take the money out of my account. I had tried emailing them, calling them, contacting them through Instagram and Facebook though have they not replied to me.
I wouldn't trust buying from this site though if you do like some of their clothes I would recommend you buy through ASOS.

Buy At Your Own Risk & Be Very Vigilant

Purchased 1 pair of jeans and 6 blouses. Delivery took about 6 days instead of 3-4, which was listed on their website. My order was incomplete as I received 1 pair of jeans and only 1 blouse. 5 blouses were missing. No point calling them as their "customer service" is a switched off Lebara mobile phone. Where they ask you to leave your name, delivery and order numbers. I emailed them instead. They responded surprisingly fast within few hours. Explained that items were out of stock and promised a full refund. Instead I received refund for 3 blouses not 5 which were missing. Currently waiting for their response regarding the refund for the other 2 missing blouses.

Very bad

I discover this brand at Asos.com. I order from it one dress and i liked very much dhe quality of the product,so i thought to go on their website to see more and i ordered two dresses.the shipping said that for my country is 2-3 days and when i made the payments it said that i will receive an email with confirmation.the email never came and the dresses too.have passed 6 days and i sent them email and they never reapond.avoid bying from them.SCAM SCAM SCAM.i will try getting money by paypal

MY SHOES NEVER ARRIVED.

I payed for some shoes over 3 weeks ago, for next day delivery and they never arrived, and have messaged them endless amount of times and they have ignored me, there is no other way to contact them and they just dont send stuff, i think its a scam site to be honest.

Customer service doesn't respond

Trying to contact this company is extremely difficult. My wife and I have had no response so far. Contact form on the website has been filled in multiple times, but there has been no response. Their customer service Twitter account haven't responded yet. Staff at the Trafford Centre store were no help with providing contact details.

I will update if I have any progress, but until then, avoid buying online from them.
