It took 3 weeks for it to get here and they didn't send one of jackets I purchased. The shoes were not true to the sizing chart and the sweatshirt I received was very thin and a cheap material. The only semi good quality item I got was a purse but the bottom didn't unzip properly. They would not answer any emails after the order came.

It's been 17 days since I ordered. Item has not arrived. When messaging, you only get to speak with bots. It's a scam.

Scam, no emails no correspondence, no tracking or received any of my two orders. Lost money.

Good quality answer fast if you have any question really sweet and understanding I love it!!

You can find all of their items cheaper on other websites. what they do is buy from these places for really cheap and then mark them up to like $50 when the garment has the quality of a $5 Aliexpress item.

they also send spam bots to CONSTANTLY harass people on instagram by sending fake ambassadorship messages trying to get you to pay for their crappy quality clothing. my inbox on there is absolutely full of them, I get one maybe once every 2 weeks. a legitimate company would never have to do this.

also do not even bother reading the good reviews because they're all fake.

Their quality is way below what you pay for! Don't trust them just because they have so many followers online. Don't give them your money.

Great quality products and so many options. I love the grunge vibes and overall I had a great experience

I don't understand how they're still going. All of their designs and photography are stollen from so many companies. Like Killstar and Restyle are two big brands they stole from and upsell everything. They rip people off. I was asked to be an ambassador like many people on Instagram and when I saw their website I said no. They blocked me from most of their pages. If you buy from them you're ripping yourself off and the companies they steal from.

FAKE REVIEWS!!!!! This company has harassed me constantly with spam from bots and random people for WEEKS! I sent the company a message directly and they responded with the exact same spam without reading my request to have them stop. Avoid this company at all costs. They use the recruiting technique as a cover to use exposure for their company to get you interested.

Also BE CAREFUL THEY POST FAKE REVIEWS OF THEMSELVES too and the clothes are from China after I have read REAL reviews.

The dress it's self fits so well and is super comfy. They're severe was so help and shipping was faster than I thought. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I done some digging and this website is connected with another brand on instagram called rubytrinkets. they DM'd me asking if i wanted to be an ambassador and offered me a 100% discount because i said i was interested and my partner is a student photographer so i could post some nice photos. Of course, thinking 100%discount was too good to be true, I went through the rubytrinkets website, theres contact information that refers you to an email @gloonland so i searched gloonland and it come up with glooMland with an M not an N and the website is almost identical except they sell clothing not jewellery.
I decided to keep the conversation going, asking if they could verify that they are not scam and they said to contact the other ambassadors they advertise on their page. So i did that and Ive had no reply. During this time of waiting for replies, the person kept messaging "Dear?" as in to hurry up and go on the website, use this code for 100% discount. So i replied asking if they were related to gloomland.com? They said both brands belong to the same person. After searching trust pilot i see no reviews for rubytrinkets but found some here on gloomland and replied politely that i was not interested. Considering the person was quite quick at seeing my message and repying, they have not even seen my last message.
Anyone looking at these websites knowing what a scam website looks like would be able to tell that even on the privacy policy, the return policy pages that it has been written poorly and not from a solicitor or lawyer. These are clear indications that this is not a legit company and they just want your bank information.
Please do not fall for it, I am so glad i looked into it and i was not caught out but these scammers are clever and will tell you anything you want to hear to get your information.
I will be reporting these profiles on Instagram and writing reviews on both brands on here but I wouldn't be surprised if they pop up again with a different name. I hope this was helpful!
*UPDATE* After i wrote this review i searched instagram for Gloomland and there are more than 48 accounts i had to report! Rubytrinkets have 58 profiles! Also an ambassador got back to me and she says she have not received her goods yet and she had a 90% discount and believes they made money from shipping costs. She also believes this is a scam.

This clothes comming from china , on Aliexpress you can find it 70% cheaper than on Gloomland website! The same material , the same design !

Overjoyed with their customers service! I ordered a pair boots a little too tight and I was nervous to reach out, thankfully they were super nice and professional during the process and offered to send me the right size for free! I will definitely be ordering from them again !🖤

I ordered the wrong size and they sent me the correct size for free. The staff are very friendly and reply promptly. I would recommend buying from this brand because they really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied with their purchase.
