After the first purchase done to become ambassador they gave me always more conditions to have their products for free...adter doimg everythin i had to do they did not answer me anymore...i was very satisfied about the dress i bought but totally not serious as brand...

I have been trying to get an exchange set up for over a week as they sent me the wrong size for 2/3 items I ordered. Both costumer service and the rep that I have been in contact with @gloom.luna have failed to get back to me. I wasted so much money trying to become an ambassador, was told NOT to by the boots I wanted because they would be sent to me as a free gift for becoming an ambassador. Should have just ordered the damn boots because I know those would have ACTUALLY fit me. Huge waste of time and money, honestly I'm usually patient but we've had a few back and forth emails now WITH SCREENSHOTS of messages with the rep and have gotten no where. No progress towards exchange or refund. I'm pissed I recently got laid off for the second time this year thanks to covid, thought I would treat myself. Turns out my treat is getting f*cked over some more by 2020. Don't buy from this company they don't care about their customers.

I love love love my items I purchased from Gloomland! I received an awesome shirt that truly expresses my eccentric style! I have also ordered a dress it hasn’t arrived yet but I am sure when it does I will not be disappointed whith the style and quality of the item! Can’t wait to order tons more from them I am already filling my cart for my next purchase!

Do not order from this website. I had to raise a fraud report and get mybank to intervene in order for them to complete my order. The jewelry flakes, the clothing has poor quality stitching, and they take forever to respond to order issues.

I ordered about 150$ worth of clothes in August its about to be October i still haven't received my shipment and. Contacted customer service they said i signed for the package which is not true cause everything still stays its in transit so idk how i would be able to sign anything if its in transit i haven't heard from then in about a week after they said they could see what they could do even tho there customer service reps said i signed it im getting no were im pissed that i got ripped off

I ordered a sweater and a choker so far I love the choker is so beautiful and I also love the design of the sweater. I love cotton aß material many clothes on gloomland contain polyester I prefer cotton but you can choose what you buy and it's written what the clothes contain so it's good. I like gloomland. Love, love, love the clothes and shoes I got from gloomland official. At first I did think maybe they were a bit expensive for what they were but just received them yesterday and the quality is just great so remember you're paying for good quality when ordering. I'm definitely going to be ordering more clothes soon!

I love these clothes!

The fabric is really nice, make sure to order a size up as they run a bit small, but most of the things I bought are super stretchy. Customer service is really nice, and I would definitely order again. Super cute alt style!

I received my dress yesterday and I absolutely love it. It fits perfectly and feels great. I recommend gloomland to anyone you wants to try this type of style. I will be ordering again🖤

My order came super quick. The packaging was super nice it was doubled up so nothing could ruin it. The 2 dresses that I bought were beautiful, soft, and well made. It was made out of good material. Super soft on my skin. Will be buying from here again and highly recommend it.

I signed up as an ambassador for Gloomland. The communication was good at first. I got my first item (overpriced, but I got a discount), I sent in professional photos and got a free dress. After that, the communication was almost nonexistent. The few times they replied, I was asked to resend the newest photos, which I had to do 3 times via both email and Instagram. At one point they finally posted the previous photos, never the new ones.
One day they messaged me to ask if I wanted to be an ambassador. When I replied, saying I already am, they kept on trying to convince me to work for them, offering me a lower discount than they offered me when I signed up...
This is just a shory version of it all. Stay clear! Don’t fall for their flattery. This is a scam.

I purchased the Gooth skirt from Gloomland, and while I was a bit apprehensive, it turned out to be an okay experience. I decided to join their ambassador program. I didnt know if I would fit their typical ambassador on account of me being biologically male, but living between genders. The person I spoke with when initially reaching out was reassuring and open to someone like myself representing them

There are some things that could be a bit more transparent, and those are the requirements of the ambassador program. You do get a free item after purchasing and a number of times per year, but to be in the program, they request professional photos of the ambassador wearing the items they buy. It's a bit difficult all things considered with COVID being part of our everyday lives, but I understand the reason for wanting photos of a higher quality.

For the skirt, it looks amazing in photos on their website, when receiving it, it pretty much looks the same. The one thing I'd change is actually having a Gloomland tag on the items purchased as it doesn't come with Gloomland insignia. Also, I bought a large and it is a little tighter than a standard American 12-14/Large. I like the skirt and it's design. I cannot say I've ever seen a skirt designed like this. It's a high rise skirt that comes just under the breast line, and sits like any other mini skirt.

Overall, it's a nice skirt, the experience wasn't bad. I think I'd need a few more interactions and purchases from them to have a better impression of the company and their ambassador program. The rating of 4 is only because the skirt is a bit tight on my thighs and doesn't offer much stretch like other parts of the skirt.

The shirt Tatiana has really nice fabric. It’s a little small and I ordered a large but the fit is still comfortable. I really love it!

I just recently got my first order from them, and the material is great, its comfy and the dressisnt too short (like some are). I am a little on the curvy side and the bigger sizes arent that big but if you use the sizing chart they have then theres no problem! Anyways I love the dress and will be ordering again soon 🖤
