Ordering the advent calendar did not work with the price you had informed (now suddenly it works). When asking about that from your customer service, they wanted me to be more specific about my question... Not very supportive and that was waste of time.

First of all page is poorly translated (finnish).
I received 1 month box as a gift. After I made an accont, there was 3 items in shopping cart and system wanted me to add payment method. Finally I succeed making my order, but i took more than 20minutes. I had to empty my cart several times, before my order matched with my gift card and system accepted sent the order without credit card number.

I placed an order but they cancelled it…
I placed an order but they cancelled it and deleted my account. An extremely unpleasant experience and a ruined mood.
A little update: In addition to all my problems with this online shop, I never got a refund for a cancelled order.
