My parcel is marked as delivered
My parcel is marked as delivered, but I have not received it. I have checked the delivery address, and the parcel is not there. The parcel is worth approximately 5,000 DKK. Could you please investigate where it was delivered and provide proof of delivery, including the recipient’s signature, GPS location, and any delivery photo? I would appreciate your urgent assistance, as I have not received my order. Do you really think it is acceptable that a parcel worth 6,000 DKK can be delivered somewhere without the recipient knowing where it was delivered, without receiving any delivery notification, and without even getting a phone call? This is completely unacceptable.
If you cannot locate my parcel, I expect full compensation for its value of 5 000 DKK. Please investigate this matter immediately and either provide proof of where my parcel was delivered or compensate me for the full amount.

My "favourite" part is when they write…
My "favourite" part is when they write that there was no one at home so they couldn't deliver the items, just to send my parcels to a postbox a few kilometers away, when I was home waiting for the delivery.

In two delivery cases
In two delivery cases, I waited all day at home, but the guy didn't rang the bell. Instead he dropped my parcels nearly 8km away at a pickup point. Moreover your telephone service was not willing to help and hanged up on me. From now on, I will boycott GLS privately and in my company.
