We have a box with a deposit mark and the delivery person doesn't put the package in there they just leave it in sight for anybody walking past. That is not good enough

Unfortunately, the selected ParcelShop was unable to accept any more parcels.
It is up to the individual ParcelShop to decide, how many parcels they wish to receive from GLS. It is only the amount of parcels that is decisive for whether the Parcel Shop is filled. Unfortunately, the physical space in the store is without relevance.
If you are unable to collect the parcel yourself, someone else is allowed to to help you. In that case, the person must simply state the parcel number and the name of the consignees on the parcel.

If you wish to proceed with a complaint regarding a GLS decision, you can submit your complaint for missing compliance to the postal services law or the Postal Act to Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority, Carsten Niebuhrs Gade 43, 1577 København V or via The Danish Transport Authority's website for complaints about postal companies (MitID necessary), according to § 20, sec. 2 in the Postal Act (declaration no. 727 of 24/06/2011 about postal transport and postal companies).
A complaint must always be submitted to GLS before you send it to the Government Agency. They can only process a complaint, that has been processed by GLS first.
No home delivery
The parcel was supposed to arrive home. I had to go to take it myself in a collect point without even a warning. Nobody even try to deliver it at my address.
