Great service. They carried my stuff up the stairs and the guy seemed friendly. Only thing that would be nice is to have a better estimate of when they would arrive but otherwise very satisfied.
Amazing service....this time the delivery was not so fast,but maybe because it came from far away. But it doesn't change my opinion: The best company ever.very satisfied!!!

Lacking receiver service
Compared to other courier companies, really limited service. Doesn't allow to extend the pick up time during holidays, no option to re-direct the package, no option to change delivery when home. Multiple packages returned to sender due to mismatch of delivery and pick up schedule. No response to messages sent to customer service.

The printed address was wrong.
The printed address was never mine! The delivery was made to a different address and then send to a far kiosk.

When we do not find any one at home at the time of delivery, we deliver the parcel to a ParcelShop instead 📦
I know it's not always the ParcelShop closest to you.
We do what we can to find one close to your address, which also has room for the extra parcels the driver brings.
