Great service. They carried my stuff up the stairs and the guy seemed friendly. Only thing that would be nice is to have a better estimate of when they would arrive but otherwise very satisfied.
Amazing service....this time the delivery was not so fast,but maybe because it came from far away. But it doesn't change my opinion: The best company ever.very satisfied!!!

Changed pickup point very far located
My package was unfortunately delivered at a different pickup point than the one I chose. The new pickup place was located 2.5km from my home which beats the purpose of having a product delivered home/at a close pickup point. This was especially disappointing since the package was a big one, over 10kg.

The delivery guy was nice and he did not get scared by my dogs which is great, there was no issues with the delivery

Lacking receiver service
Compared to other courier companies, really limited service. Doesn't allow to extend the pick up time during holidays, no option to re-direct the package, no option to change delivery when home. Multiple packages returned to sender due to mismatch of delivery and pick up schedule. No response to messages sent to customer service.
