Abysmal customer service and almost certainly a scam set up, could smell the owner’s blatant lies as he was waffling on the phone all day. Most of their negative reviews on various platforms get a response claiming the scam is actually coming from a different “competitor” company but our communication was directly with the owner himself who sounded like a complete muppet who had no idea whether he was selling a timepiece which was used or brand new. Got rude when put on the spot. Clueless. He’s getting a visit in person shortly from a couple of serious “buyers”. Avoid this clown. Take your business elsewhere

Slow to respond and in-communicative.

Recently purchased a new Rolex, part exchanging an older one, with GMG and they were excellent. Really good communication throughout, easy to agree a price and Lee and Coyah made collecting the new watch (and dropping off the old one) really straightforward. Would happily use GMG again in the future.

Just brought a Rolex steel Yacht Master 11 off GMG and dealt with Lee who was very helpful and communications bang on all the way through.
Delivery through post was fine and came when said with tracking number.

Contacted GMG watches for a datejust,,Lee was kind enough to do a deal,I was a bit unsure not having purchased from GMG watches before,travelled up to London to collect the Watch .Exactly as described,new unused and all checked out.Thankyou LEE.

Easy, efficient and no issues. I will be honest if I’m not buying from the Rolex shop I have doubts but these guys delivered above expectations and the process easy. I now have a fantastic 2023 Rolex at an incredible price which I can enjoy for years and in memory of my mum passing. Thankyou.
