Reached out to Lee at GMG Watches regarding a piece they had on consignment. He was super responsive and we managed to agree a deal smoothly. I picked up the watch less than a week later. Exactly as described! Perfect, would recommend to anyone looking for a great timepiece.

So, I’ve been searching all the websites for my dream Rolex watch for some time.. I had my eye on one at a pawn brokers in London but it was a little over my budget. I also looked at some on that other well known website but also to old and too much money..
I put a call in to GMG and talked to Ciaran, I told him what I was looking for and how much I had to spend. He said leave it with me and “I’ll get back to you before the end of the day”. It was 3 O’clock in the afternoon, And as promised Ciaran called me to say he’d found a watch for me. I was delighted.
He explained their non-refundable deposit terms in full before we went any further. I wasn’t very keen on this deposit policy at first, but when you think about it and how many time wasters these guys deal with every week it’s understandable .Told him I would sleep on it and get back to him the following day. There was no pressure from Ciaran or any Hard Sell he just said he’d be looking forward to hearing from me again soon. I called Ciaran the following morning and paid the deposit for the watch. He said he would arrange to collect the watch and get it back to the office for me to view in 2 to 3 days, he actually got it there the following day. I arranged to look at the watch at the Liverpool office, the watch was as described by Ciaran, in immaculate condition. Complete with box and papers. I paid for the watch and took it home. I would certainly use GMG and Ciaran for future purchases..

Also I’ve had the watches authenticity checked by Rolex. The guy at Rolex said it’s one of the best white Gold examples of this watch he has seen in a very long time 👍

Excellent experience with GMG Watches. Reached out to Jay for a Daytona I was interested in against a part-exchange for one of my watches. He was responsive, despite some of my late or weekend messages. Got given a decent price for both sides of the part-ex.

Had to pay a non-refundable deposit for viewing the watch in-person. This may turn off some prospective buyers, and while I could understand some reasoning behind it - like turning away time-wasters, costs of taking a watch out of the vault and transporting it to the office - it would stand GMG in good stead to consider revising it to a refundable policy. I was reasonably assured with the photos sent of the papers to go ahead with it though.

Met Koya, a representative, at their London office. The office itself gave the vibe of a semi-permanent one, being in a managed-office building and not listed in the directory, but understandable for a start-up sort of company. Watch was in excellent condition. However, given my misgivings about authenticity, I was assured by Jay that refund will be considered if any issues were found by Rolex Service Centre. Exchange went smoothly. Transfers were validated and Koya was suitably amicable. At Rolex RSC St. James' everything checked out. Happy days.

I contacted GMG watches to see if they would purchase one of my watches, they was very prompt replying and gave a very fair price compared to other offers I had received.
The whole process was flawless from start to finish and payment was received within minutes of dropping off the watch to their London office.

This company sent the watch with scratches on the glass was meant to be brand new I returned the watch to Liverpool personally in 2 days from Scotland as they asked me to post to a different address that's not on there website using Royal mail special delivery which only covers £2500 was very suspicious as watch cost £11000 but the return went fine when I arrived with Jay, what never went fine through was the refund after 8 days they kept £500 saying is was for costs for the watch to be verified and reassessment for them to resell the watch this watch should have been checked before it was sent out to me, the watch has never been off there website and on Chrono 24 website it's Rolex oyster perpetual 36m yellow dial the main scratch is between the 5 and the 10 buyers be very very careful with this business

I had an absolutely fantastic experience wit my GMG Watches. I contacted Lee over WhatsApp and he put me in touch with Cieran. They helped me get the sub Starbucks I wanted and gave me a fair price on a trade in. I went in person to the store in Liverpool and was greeted by the team with my watch on display for me. Their service far surpassed anything else I’ve encountered in the industry and I will certainly be buying from them again.

Really happy with my purchase. Condition of watch was as described. I had a trade in and I got a fair market value against the watch I was purchasing. As a genuine customer of GMG WATCHES LTD, I cannot fault them. Well, I almost could until Lee plucked an extra link out of nowhere to make my new root beer fit my chubby wrists!

I must say, at first their attractive pricing did make me question whether they were too good to be true.

But just as Lee told me, I went on to their YouTube channel and this offered validation of their authenticity as a firm.

Having said that, their conduct never gave me any reason to doubt them. Throughout the whole process, from initial interest to collection, they were impeccable. Their prices are just a bonus, not a reason to doubt (as I initially did).

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but equally, so am I. With that in mind, I simply do not believe the very small percentage of negative comments made about GMG WATCHES.

Whatever the motive of those comments is, given my experience, it is inconceivable that the negativity holds any basis in fact.

I will be back and definitely do not feel the need to shop anywhere other than GMG WATCHES in the future.
