I ordered a product 22nd Nov
I ordered a product 22nd Nov, and received no updates from you. I emailed 7th Dec to be told the product had to be remade and would be shipped in 5 days. It is now 20th Dec and no response to another email I sent 3 days ago. Customer service is shocking and I just want a refund now. I ordered for a birthday present for Dec, hence the reason why I ordered so early, to give it time to get here. Not good enough!!!! Reimburse me my money!! Terrible company, I would never recommend.

Festive earrings
The earrings are beautiful and as good in real life as the image on the website. The only thing stopping me giving a 5-star rating is the complimentary bracelet that came with the earrings. It is too small and will only fit a child. Such a shame as it is a very nice bracelet.
