I’ve been trading with GFF for over a year now… and I absolutely love my experience with them so far.

I reached my Payout Request with GFF, but my account was immediately blocked due to a "Same IP" flag.
My roommate and I simply share the same home Wi-Fi. We use separate devices, different strategies, and trade independently. There was NO copy trading or hedging.
I sent detailed trade logs and proof of independent trading to Support and Risk teams, but GFF completely ignored the evidence and closed my ticket.
It seems GFF uses IP flags at the payout stage to avoid paying earned profits. Beware if you trade on a shared network!
I urge GFF Management to manually review my case.

I’m not going to be much energy here because I was warned not to trust Goat Funded Futures but I am more than disappointed with the firm. I passed two 50K evals on Friday, 7/17 the funded accounts were never issued. So, on Wednesday 7/22; I was in chat with Josiah who said @2:40pm “this review normally takes 48hours/2 working days” When I requested the firm be held accountable for breaching its own rules... he then said at 3:16 “the published 48-hour timeline applies specifically to payout reviews, not evaluations” (I downloaded the chat to be precise)

There is no way to take a prop firm to court or hold them accountable so I would caution ⚠️ anyone from working with this prop. I lost profits on the evals because I was unaware of their two minute micro scalping rule which is okay but they can take longer than published to review my passed evaluations and that’s not a problem. A firm cannot expect traders to follow their rules when the breach their own without penalty.

Partnership has to favor both parties.

They are scam. Be careful before paying anything.

After I was bought few accounts from them, when I wanted to make KYC to dont have issues on an eventual Payout, they lied to me the fact Ninja Trader is banned me country, Romania

I had a very disappointing experience with Goat Funded Futures.

After successfully completing my trading objectives, I submitted a payout request. My payout was rejected without any explanation or details, leaving me with no understanding of what had gone wrong.

Only after I contacted support did I receive an email stating that my account had been suspended because another trader I know had accessed their own GFF account from the same internet connection.

I replied to the Risk & Compliance team with a detailed explanation, clarified the circumstances, and offered to provide any additional documentation they might need. Since then, I have received no response.

I believe traders deserve transparency, a fair opportunity to explain legitimate situations, and timely communication—especially when a payout is denied and an account is suspended.

They suspended my account without warning, and when I requested proof or an explanation as to why, they refused to provide it, claiming the reason is 'confidential.'
This is a complete lack of transparency.

I made a simple mistake during checkout and contacted support immediately, before using the account. Instead of helping or offering any solution, they kept repeating the same policy and refused to make any exception.Because of one honest mistake, I lost the entire value of my account. The support team showed zero flexibility and zero customer care.
If you buy from this company, be extremely careful. One small mistake can cost you all your money, and don’t expect support to help you resolve it.

I give 5star for goat futures because good profirm account past payout no delay with good respect costumer Care and have good support agents especially SUFE guys try to goat futures is the best

I am disappointed of Goat funded futures propfirm. Today 07/08/2026 is the last day to request my payment according to the payment calendar, but unfortunately since July 5th they made my payout metrics unavailable so I couldn't request any payout. I went to the discord group and explained to Usama who is GFT team member in the discord, he told me to send a screenshot so he can help. I sent what he asked and told me that he forwarded my problem to payout team and they will fix it and allow me to make the payment request. At the end of the day Nathan replaced Usama in the discord group but I have been blocked 🚫 because I came back to ask again for any help to make my payout request. Frankly I realize that GFT don't want traders to be successful. When we fail the challenges or rules and we blow our accounts, we come back to buy new accounts you are happy. But when we respect the rules and reach payout you guys must pay what we deserve unless you are scammers. Everything is based on trust and today I am about to run with my luggage because nobody is holding me here. My funded accounts still there with my profits and I don't know what you'll do with it. I'm still happy because I know nobody can take the knowledge and skills I got so fare. I didn't lost anything I learned and knowledge is the best gift.

This platform is a huge scam. I bought trial accounts from them, verified my accounts, and reached the daily target before requesting a withdrawal. But I can assure you that this company doesn’t like profitable traders, because every time I requested a payment, there were complications—sometimes Rise wasn’t working, sometimes the payment was pending—until, on the third withdrawal, they refused to pay me, making up problems that I didn’t even recognize as my own. I advise you to avoid this company; they’re not legitimate—they’re thieves.

Stay away from this propfirm, they don't pay, i had 5 live account with them and everytime there was a payout window there was some technical issue, they don't want to pay you, i have never receive any payout from them, please stay away.

No payout denials whatsoever and payouts always roll out on time.
The customer support is absolutely great. Any concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

As a previously top-tier firm in the futures prop trading industry, their sudden decision to reduce the profit split from 80/20 to 50/50 is highly disappointing. This change inherently incentivizes traders to take excessive risks to maintain their income levels, which directly contradicts the firm's core educational mission

i bought a 50k future account and passed. they hold my account for 3 business days telling "live review" and informed me that i didnt hold some trades for minimum 2 minutes ( understanable) and gave the account back to make another 600$. unfortunately i took some bad trades and blown the account. i did an account reset so that i can start fresh. They took my money and reset the target profit. they didnt reset the max drawdown and no answer for any of my query support staffs. I don't recommend this firm to anyone who really want to trade peacefully.

I have my account breached due to their dashboard not showing me my actual drawdown limit. I don't receive any emails or message about why I got breached. I contact their support team via discord and guess what they did? They said I'm breached and timed me out in their discord server without proper explaination.
Overall, the worst customer service I've ever seen in all futures prop firm

I bought a Goat funded futures challenge account of 50k on 30 June 2026 , time was 14:19:40 but never received my login details. I contacted their support team through mail many times also tried online chat but couldn't talk to a person . I shared all my receipts and exact payment method with their support team. One of their representative told me that your ticket has been generated and will be resolved within 12hrs but till now received no response. I have all the receipts and mail sent to Goat support team and can share it if required. Thanks
