Very happy with my order, and the service (and communication) from GoCustom.
Ordered a Bomber Jacket, Polo shirt, and T-shirt, all with embroidered chest logo and nape logos. Whilst it took me a minute to get my head around the various different embroidery charges the process was fairly straightforward. Thanks to Matt who was very helpful and communicative and even saved me a bit of money by suggesting changes to reduce the setup charges. The items were delivered promptly and I am very happy with all the items. I have zero complaints and would definitely order again.

Bought my nephew a nike hoody custom embroidered in gold with his initials and a crown emblem I'd designed. His face lit up when he opened his gift and I'm informed he has barely taken it off since!
The order process was super-easy. I chose my product, uploaded the artwork and got a reliable proof before being asked to confirm. The result was such high quality.
With this being a Christmas item ordered right before the Christmas delivery deadline I was worried it might not turn up on time. I called customer service and they immediately got hold of the order and reassured me that it would arrive in time. In fact, it arrived 2 days earlier than expected!
From order, to delivery, to quality of merchandise, the service was flawless. Highly recommended. Even for one-off items.

Embroidery Quality didn't quite meet my expectations
The staff was helpful and I am happy with their good communication. They informed me of the delay quite close to the original expected delivery date. I wish they had told me a bit earlier. But luckily I received the item before Christmas. Unfortunately, the embroidery was not of the quality I expected. The proof looked great but the actual embroidered logo is wonky, which is rather disappointing.
