My husband bought me a phone case for my birthday. He had picked 8 awesome pictures to put on it. Out of the 8 photos, 3 had people missing and 4 had their heads cut off. So he was upset that I wasn’t over the moon with it. I would think twice about using this company.

Although my original order went missing, when I contact their customer support via email, they didn't hesitate to send a replacement order. Which arrived in good time.

I have not got my package and I ordered 27th December!!

Rubbish company. Terrible customer service. Upto now 8 emails between myself & this company to resolve where my package is. 3 times they've asked for my address. Received tracking from royal mail , said it had been successfully delivered but not to to my address! I've never received it so an email is sent along with 7 more emails chasing. Please read these reviews folks before you order. Bunch of cowboys 😡

What a terrible company. I ordered a personalised case for my new Samsung S23 Ultra.

The case came and it was tiny. It wasn't even a small error. The case wouldn't fit even my Samsung s7 let alone the Samsung S23 Ultra. I sent photos of their case alongside my Samsung S23 and the difference was stark. The person who is behind the emails clearly doesn't understand dimensions and sizing. Otherwise they would know that such an error cannot be made.

When I contacted them I got blatantly ignored for 4 days.They say they get back in 2 hours but I wasn't getting any response at all.
Eventually I had to go to PayPal and open a case. That is the only time they responded.
I was told that I had ordered a Samsung S23 case and not the Ultra.
I explained that this case wouldn't fit even the Samsung S23.
They won't accept blame for a total error on their part. It's not even the money but the principle of the matter.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE.

Chose this company as they could delivery before my holiday. Order for delivery between 22nd-26th. It’s now the 27th and I’ve had an email every day telling me my order is delayed and will be dispatched the next day. I’ve trying using the contact form on 25th and it’s now the 27th - 48 hours later and still no response. It looks like I’ll be going on holiday without my case to protect my phone. Do not use if you’re in a rush, I don’t even know if my order will arrive as it feels a bit scammy.

I start to think they are a scam, I've ordered two iphone cases, I only receive emails saying the delivery is delayed, weeks goes by and same thing
there is no number to call them and i feel very frustrated

I received the wrong size with a different camera placement. Clearly not fitting the phone model I ordered. The case I ordered was supposed to be clear but turned out to be black.

GoCustomised are a great company. Only company I’ve found to make personalised products like iPhone/iPad cases so well. I’ve used them for years and now my family use them. Highly recommend.

Shame I have to give 1 star as they don’t reserve it! Ordered a week ago and still no updates! Looking from reviews don’t use this company. Really annoyed I’ve got in touch with Klarna

It was a pleasure to deal with this company, they kept me informed about my order. When received it was exactly what I ordered, of great quality.

My order #47357612 has been delayed over and over again without been shipped after I paid for FedEx express. Bad customer service and they are a fraud and scam no number to contact. Please do not buy anything from their site.

I have ordered a phone case on 3/02/23. Still showing in transit, don’t know if I am receiving it or not. Not worth it to order from go customised. Charged lot of money and still not received my order.

The delivery was quick and the actual phone case quality is really nice. However, fir some reason my phone case image has been cropped so it doesn't fit around the whole case. This has left a lot of empty space on the case. I'm not really happy with it as it doesn't look very nice.

Now received & product is good so I’ve amended my review to reflect this! Delivery time is long!

Still not received the product…no track & trace available….apparently it has been shipped so hopefully it will be received soon. I hadn’t realised it was coming from abroad.

Ordered 5th Dec thinking this was a UK based company 28th Dec still no case. I know there are problems with Royal Mail. I find it deciving having a .uk web address and not advertising you are not UK based
Will not order from this company again. My advise is AVOID.....

I ordered a phone case on 20/11 which was dispatched on 22/11 thinking this would be plenty of time before Christmas. I contacted them on 17/12 as this had still not been delivered, a second phone case was dispatched to me on 19/12 express delivery at no extra cost. Great service! Item arrived on 22/12 and is very good quality.
