Gofax was awesome
Gofax was awesome! So helpful! And you can actually, easily, talk to their support staff over the phone. Please give them a try if you're struggling with your online faxing service. I struggled painfully with one of their competitors - never again.

After a rather underwhelming experience with another eFax service provider, our transition to GoFax was not only quick and easy, it has also saved us several thousand dollars per year.
Our end-users have commented on the significant improvements in the speed and reliability of both their sent and received faxes.

Customer service phoned up within minutes of me signing up online and talked me through the activation process, as well as helping me setup my first SMS campaign. What could have been a few hours looking around the site and clicking on help took ten minutes.

Excellent service
This afternoon we asked our IT support to recommend software to allow us to fax from our computers. We looked at their website and called them. Mandy answered my call and not only gave me all the information I needed, helped me to set it up on the spot. No transfer to other department, no waiting for IT support. The one account now provides all 8 of us (and more if we need it) at work to fax from our own computers. This was a very smooth interaction - I would highly recommend it

Nice Aussie company with great service and product
GoFax is an Aussie company and they're really nice, responsive and their website and product is user-friendly.
Beware of other "cheaper" companies that end up costing more because their prices are in $US and have no service during Australian hours.
