Very Satisfied Customer
The experience was first class from placing the initial bracelet order to receiving the goods so promptly. Excellent customer service with a personal touch. I made a mistake inputting my card details and subsequently froze the order with my card company, GC couldn’t have been more understanding or helpful helping me to resolve the issue. The goods were despatched promptly and the bracelet was even better than the photographs and written description described. Delighted with both the quality of our purchase and especially the helpful and understanding customer service.

I purchased a pair of diamond & gold earrings from Vic. The process from start to receiving the goods was 1st class. I was given open and honest communication in the entire process and the earrings were even better than I expected. The valuation certificate I received had a very slight error on it - this was resolved within the hour and a new one sent. My earrings are stunning, the buying process from Vic suburb. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Vic / Gold collections again. I don't know Vic, have never met him, this is my own genuine review of the service I have experienced.
