Golden Leaves were excellent
Golden Leaves were excellent to deal with and provided us with detailed information throughout the process assisting us to make the best choice for our type of funeral. A representative from the company was always available to answer questions and respond to any issues that arose after the contracts were signed. I’ve no hesitation in recommending them based on my experience with the company.

My interaction by phone and face to…
My interaction by phone and face to face was very friendly and non pressured. The process was very well explained with the plan choice levy to myself.
They even waited approximately six months for me to visit my one son and be able to give him the details of what I was planning.
The contract was sorted and paid for very quickly with the paper details arriving in a timely manner.

A great friendly service and highly recommended.
Having researched various companies we came up with Golden Leaves for both my wife and self. Our home visit was friendly, honest and upfront about our needs and wishes. There was no pressure at all and we paid up for the cremation only in one lump sum payment although we were offered interest free payments if we so wished. The documents arrived in both email and hard copy by post with easy to follow instructions for whoever had to deal with the funeral. Very straight forward and a great weight off our shoulders. The price was very good value and no further costs are needed. We have recommended it to friends.

Andy turned up at our home. On time., talked us through the whole process and choices. Never , ever any hard sell. He was only interested as to what " we wanted"...(conversation was recorded )
Price was v v competitive for what was offered. We were v happy to sign up to the funeral plan we opted for ...Absolutely NO " hard sell"

Highly Recommend - Professional Service
After reviewing the services on offer on the website, we decided to request further information and an appointment was made with Alan Richardson. Alan was friendly and professional, explained a bit about the company, the services it provides and of course the important fact that they are FSCS protected which gave us financial reassurance.
The presentation by Alan was informative and we could ask him questions as we went through it. Most of our questions were answered as part of the presentation in any case. Then we just decided which option best suited our needs. Painless process with reassurance we are now covered.
