Bought my mother a mothers day necklace with tree charm and all grandkids names and stones.
Necklace came in wrong length (have proof of what we ordered) they sent wrong..
Have been arguing with then to resend proper length necklace and wont send it.
They want me to payvfor shipping and im NOT as they screwed up not me

Shipping took longer than normal. Maybe about 3 weeks, but I was extremely satisfied with the quality of my twin daughters dad Father's Day dog chain w/their picture and quote engraved on it. Quality work! Well worth the wait.

Yes, the order takes longer than expected, they really do need to state they are a Chinese company. That being said, my necklace arrived three weeks after ordering and it looks really good. I lost my cat in January and ordered this necklace after seeing an ad on Instagram, and it looks a lot like the photo I submitted and the engraving on the back looks the way I had typed it. I am only giving it 4 stars due to the fact that this company is in China but doesn't state it anywhere. It also doesn't give much by means of communication, so it's very shady in that sense. But overall, I'm happy with my experience with this company.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews! I’ve ordered 2 necklaces and 2 key chains! All the recipients loved the gift! The items were just as expected! They did take a month or so to ship but they were worth the wait!

Total garbage. Ordered a necklace for my wife for our anniversary. Made a great gag gift because anyone who saw this would think it was for a divorce. It was the most unflattering reproduction they could have managed.

Necklace came earlier than expected. They did a great job!! The only thing i wish is that there was more communication about shipping and tracking.

They don’t even deserve 1 star! Worst experience ever ! I ordered a necklace for a friend who lost her mom as a keepsake . Well it took over a month to get. NOWHERE does it state it’s coming from China!! So I wait and wait and I I finally get it and open it . OH MY GOSH!!! What a JOKE!! Looked like a bubble gum machine necklace with the most horrible job done on the picture. Looks NOTHING Like the picture I submitted. Looks like a cartoon drawing ! Horrible. Do not I repeat DO NOT waste your money. You’re better off going to Walmart. This place is completely unprofessional and their products look nothing like their photo. They don’t bother to answer your emails or provide a refund. Let me also mention it took the product months to arrive!

Terrible product looks nothing like the example photos. Not worth bothering for a refund, due to refund policy. It Took about 2 months to deliver this junk.

Took a little longer then stated to receive but got the item within 3 weeks. I am very happy so far with my ring, It is beautiful. When I emailed asking about the time to get here I received an immediate answer and it was here within 3 days of the email

This company did a HORRIBLE job on a necklace you would not even see the people in the photo and they WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!! They are only willing to give me a 70% refund on a HORRIBLE product & want me to send them $10 more to refund my $. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Golovu website does NOT state they're out of the country! BE AWARE... DO NOT order from this company.. Charging you more than what it stated on your check out procedures. Next thing I am being charged , "International Fee Transaction," for the (2) necklaces I had purchased plus even more charged!, found this out by Via email after the charges were made. I had looked to find how to contact them, "Only" email. Very unprofessional how they responded back!! With a "Question Mark" for their reply back!!! No name No nothing.. Emailed them again, about my refund? I get in reply back, " Not at this moment, its in production." Uuuh, Really??..... Once again NO NAME FROM WHOM WROTE IT, NO NAME OF THE COMPANY. "RED FLAG." in my book..
My money will be back in my account the next day from my bank...

Absolutely horrendous!!!!!! Do not even think about ordering from this company!!!!!!!! My husband ordered me a personalised photo necklace from here for Xmas.....took 2 months to arrive!!!! Then wore it twice chain snapped and the silver ring u would hang on a necklace with has snapped!....so even after hanging on another chain it falls off!!!!
In a nutshell cheap rubbish that is NOT worth waiting for!!!! I never normally leave feedback but don’t do it they are SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! Can’t do anything as over two months but there items take this long to arrive!!!

Okay so like most people I didn't read the reviews until after placing the order. The turnaround time was my main issue but once I realized the product was coming from Fuzhou China I decided to cut my losses and if it never arrived I would just let PayPal know so that I would be refunded my money. For the record I only bought the item because I could use PayPal and I trust their guarantee.

That said, my prouduct arrived yesterday, nearly 1.5 months post order. The product took 15 business days (doesnt count Sat-Sun) by my counts to ship, and once I received tracking information it took an additional two weeks to arrive to my home in Ohio.

That said, I love the way our photo came out on the item. I ordered the titanium version which is a mirror like finish; the detail is still there and it is durable. The chain is fine, thick enough to support the piece. The only reason I give 3 instead of 4 stars is that the writing on the back of the necklace did not format the way it did on the computer. Everything is lumped together, so if you have something unique done remember that the spacing might not be exact.

That said, the final product was nice and it was a present, the receiver loved it. It took awhile but well worth it, however if you are on a time crunch remember international shipping takes awhile.

FRAUD....SCAM! I never received by order after 6 months. Now they want me to reorder and pay for shipping. I want my refund! Horrible company.

Ordered February 27th, they took the money from my paypal, now 1 month later still didn't receive my order, emailed several times and get the same (automated) answer to be patient, seems like a scam to me

If there was a negative # I would give it... 4 months an no shipment. Tracking says it was lost, I contact customer service, and they wanted me to pay for shipping since it was lost. I told them no and I was expecting a refund and they then emailed me back saying I would only get half a refund if I chose not to reorder!..
I should've checked before ordering, this is the worst shopping experience online I have ever had. Do not waste your time and money! I'm waiting on a response for the options I gave them and I feel this company should be prohibited from doing business. Absolute worst experience!

I ordered a silver bracelet with an engraved picture. It took longer than advertised to get it, one month instead of a week, but it was definitely worth the wait!! I love my bracelet and the engraving is beautiful. I’m very pleased!!!

Received photo necklace today. Looks great! The picture I sent them though was good, with a light background so they could transfer it easy. I did not recognize when I made the order it was coming from China. So I ordered on February 8th and it arrived on March 15th. The website makes it sound like the order will arrive faster. And there’s always a “Last day 50% off” special on the website which is obviously false. Communication with them was good. I even made a change on the inscription after I made the order and they responded quickly. Although I did get the automated response when I inquired about the shipping status a couple weeks later. All in all I did receive what I ordered and my wife is very pleased with the gift. I hope those who have received their order after their negative review are at least updating to voice they did receive it, even if they still give negative feedback. People more often only give feedback when it’s negative.
