This company is horrible. I received my item and the photo was so bad that I didn’t even know what it was. I have communicated via email and they want more money from me. They promise to fix it. Well if the product was good then why would they offer to fix it.?.Dont waste your money.

This website is fraudulent. The people who claim it's great must work for the company. My husband ordered a necklace for me as a gift. He never got the order ID that was supposed to be sent so he could check the status updates or to modify the order. When he checked the status, the only information that appears is the details of the item that was ordered. He has emailed the company twice and immediately receives an automatic email response. Nothing else. We have disputed the transaction with our bank and I have taken the liberty to report this company to the Federal Trade Commission. I hope they are forced to return the money to all the people who made purchases and did not receive what they ordered and I hope that they are immediately shut down.

Took my money, no product, no refund. They just quit responding to my emails. Don't make the same mistake I did. BTW thanks for suggesting this crap facebook

I wish I saw these reviews before ordering. I followed the ad on Facebook, and like others, I have paid for merchandise that I didn't receive. They are fighting me about a refund. Any time that I communicate with them, I receive a reply that is a automated reply that doesn't even answer my questions. I ordered a month ago and have not received the item that was promisef in 5-10 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! TOTAL SCAM.

Can't believe Facebook would allow an add like this being as big as they are, you would think they would be more careful choosing more reputable companies.Like others I haven't received my two necklaces I ordered either.I kind of thought something was up from the very beginning when I hadn't received information on tracking just a date when it should arrive.Well that date has passed and i cant get a hold of them.Called my credit card company to dispute it.That is now pending.People if your in the same boat call your credit card company and dispute it.

They hire idiots. I am still fighting with them for a refund. They continue to lie and scam people out of their money. Their merchandise is cheap garbage. They take your money with in 24 hours of your order. You'll never see the merchandise or your money again. Don't trust them. They are scam artists.

WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS FIRST
I just placed an order on January 23rd and needed it by February 9th to give an a birthday gift. I figure 3 weeks or close to it would be suffice but based on all the reviews look like I'll be shopping for another gift. Dang it normally I check all reviews before dealing with unknown companies. They won't even respond to my email and I think the message they reply "Be Patient" is something they should not be telling people that spend money with them.

Waited a month for my ring just to wear it once and break :( too bad it was a beautiful ring. Commented on the fb post and posted pics and they blocked me from commenting on their page. $45 for a peice of broken metal....

They steal your money and you never get product when you email they say they dont have a record of your name or email address

I have the same problem. I thought I ordered 2 necklaces in early December (1sth week) so that I would have the gifts maybe by the 16th, but certainly for the 25. They never arrived. I combed my emails to see if there was any confirmation and could not find ANYTHING. I began to think that I goofed and somehow did not finish the sale. In late December, after the 25th, I sent them a message but have not yet had a reply. Figuring it was my mistake, I ordered again because I really like the idea and had 2 gifts for 2 very special people, one of whom is 10 years old. It is January 17 and I have yet to receive the gifts. There is now something in my email, but it looks like it is for the 1st order. I am very disappointed. This is why I almost NEVER shop online. How do I contact them to get actually talk with someone? C.

Like the other reviews say, do NOT order from them. It's funny that if you go to their FB or website they have no section for reviews. I ordered 2 orders on Dec. 11 for Christmas. I finally got one on Jan. 10 and still waiting on the other. I messaged them and they told me a belated gift was still special. Finally said I want my money back on the one I still havent received and they said it would be a loss for them, I had to send the necklace back when I got it, and that my refund would only be 70% and it would take a month to process. Horrible customer service. They are out of China and barely speak English and the necklace DOES NOT look like their advertisements. These people are scammers. Stay away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM:
I ordered a necklace from them for a Christmas gift and it is now January 14th and I have yet to get it. I am so angry with them. I have emailed them about 6 times and heard from them only one time. I just want my money back now. They took my money from my account very fast to bad I didn't get what I paid for. Please don't waste your money on this company. Find someone who you can count on this place isn't it.

WORST COMPANY EVER! It said 3-5 days on their website and it took 2 months, plus I have only received 1/2 my order.
FALSE ADVERTISING - it was suppose to be an etching of a photo and all it is is a picture glued to a necklace.
Don't be fooled this company is out of China and there is no way to contact them except through email and they never respond.

I ordered my photo necklace late night Dec. 20. When ordering the first debit card I used reported as error unable to use. So without thinking I reached for and used my other account debit card and made the purchase as a guest through Paypal. The next day our bank called us with a red flag for fraud on the purchase. I don't know if it was red flagged because of the location of the business or why? But it does seem that the business attempted to bill both bank accounts. We cancelled both debit cards to be safe but did not deny the charge to the second account. I received a confirmation email in the next day or two. And a week later an email that my order had been shipped and would be 5-15 days. I received the necklace today, January 13th, 2018 and am very pleased with it. The chain is not super quality but it was only 35.00. The titanium pendant with photo is lovely!

Waited 2 months for my necklace and then it was horrible. They drew in noses so the people in the picture didn't even look right. This was going to be a gift and now it is just garbage. Very unhappy with the quality. Also they advertise 5 to 7 shipping days and it took 2 months and they would never respond to my email inquiries. What a waste of money.

While it took about 10 weeks the end product is absolutely amazing. Only the length of time kept me from giving 5 stars

I love it! Clear picture, good quality of product. The only thing is if you want it you'll have to order it a month before you need it cause it takes that long to receive it. I ordered it Dec 6th and received it Jan 9th.

Never did recieve my order. Ordered some jewelery for my loved one for christmas a full month in advance. It never showed. I had no gift to give my loved one for christmas. I emailed the company twice with no response from the company. Then i contacted paypal. They contacted the seller and now they finally shipped to item i purchased on nov 4 2017. And now they just shipped it on jan 7 2018.
What a joke.

I RECIEVED MY ITEM. It came on jan 12th. It is a very nice necklace with a pic of me and my wife engraved on a heart pendant. The engraving came out really nice for the size of tge engraving. It has very fine details. You can even see my vehicle in the background. I am fully satisfied with the product. But tge service was not so great.

At first, I thought I was scammed because it was taking so long and they had charged my account. I placed the order on Dec. 9th and I received it Jan. 6th, but it is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I ordered a silver mother's necklace for my sister with her 4 kids names on an infinity knot...I know she'll love it. I think we're all so used to ordering and getting things in 2 days that we forget custom pieces take time to create. Also, it's coming from China so surely it will take time. I am very happy with my order and I will order from them again.... I'll just know it will take time to arrive. :)

I ordered a necklace on October 8, 2017 for my best friend that lost her 14 year old son to cancer. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift and today is January 7, 2018 and I still haven’t received it. I have contacted them through email many times and I have not heard anything. Money was taken out of my account. I am so frustrated. Do not order from this company.
