I was excited about the Travel Pack (20L), but it arrived with noticeable white stains on the straps. The bag itself is great quality, but this was disappointing.

Gomatic’s website states that returns outside the UK must be paid by the customer, so I contacted support—I didn’t want to cover return shipping for an item that arrived damaged. After nearly two weeks and three follow-ups, I still haven’t received a response. I even tried cleaning the stains myself, but there’s still visible residue.

Maybe this review helps get the issue resolved, but regardless, the lack of response and support hasn’t been a great experience.

Great products and great support. Even if the bags are expensive I can only recommend especially because of the support.

I had several well-crafted cabin-sized suitcases, but this one is by far the best. It is unexpectedly spacious, sturdy, and very stable when rolling, even with a heavy backpack on top.

Still waiting on the correct bag to be delivered. I ordered it on the 30th of October and they sent me the 14L bag instead of the 20L bag. I have emailed multiple times with nothing but AI responses. Really poor

I wanted to buy a backpack from Gomatic for over 2 years but they ain't really cheap, so I thought I will wait after my current backpack fails. The time has come and I wanted to buy a new one that will last me a long time.
When it arrived I was really happy with the quality and attention to detail. It has everything a good quality backpack should have and I can see that someone who really cares designed it which I really appreciate.
Hopefully it will last me a long time.

I used my backpack every day for almost 8 years. Now I had a problem with the zipper, within one week gomatic’s team sent me a new bag. I’m ready very happy with this level of service and their lifelong warranty. Thank you!

Takes forever for the to respond and I still have not received my refund. I have never come across a company so complacent and careless with its customers.

My order was delivered insanely quick (ordered Sunday, arrived wednesday midday) ... the backpack I went for is hands down the nicest piece of luggage I've ever had in my collection >>> sooo many inside pockets, super solid materials and a great fit. You could truely wish for nothing more

Wish I could give a product review but can't since luggage not delivered before my panned holiday. Ordered in plenty of time but DHL service beyond terrible. Waste of my time and money. My advice to Gomatic is choose a different delivery company.
