Great product
We purchased the 6-in-1 jungle gym for our 1 and 3 year old boys and it’s been a huge hit with both of them from day one.
The product is really well made, sturdy and clearly well thought out. Even the packaging was great, the little game made from the cardboard box was such a nice touch and the boys loved that too.
We’ve had it for a few weeks now and they’re still using it all the time. Really happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Item not shipped and no communication
I placed order 96081 on Sept 6th and have not received any shipping confirmation after 7 business days, website advertises shipping in 3-5. I’ve email, called, reached out on social media and web chat with no responses.
UPDATE: heard back from the company and delay was due to item being out of stock. They offered to replace with an in stock color and item was received quickly!

Very happy with our purchase. It arrived very fast and the build quality is top notch! I've built quite a bit of furniture myself, but currently lack the workspace for my own projects. I'm quite picky on quality, but Goodevas far exceeded my expectations.

We ordered a present for our child on 2 September. When we placed the order, it said delivery would take two days. We ordered the present for their birthday. Now, not only has the order not been dispatched, it hasn’t even been processed. I’ve written everywhere – via chat, email and on Instagram – and called all the numbers. No response at all. This looks like a scam.
Update: This is just a terrible service. After I wrote a review, they deigned to contact me and told me that delivery of my product would take 4 WEEKS. After that, I asked them for a refund—I absolutely don’t need their product. They ignored me, and then four days later told me the product had already been shipped. When they said it had been shipped, it hadn’t even left the warehouse yet. They’re just scammers. Never buy anything from them.

My son absolutely loves it! The Goodevas Swedish Wall 6v1 is beautifully made, sturdy, and feels very safe. Well the product itself is awesome. my grandkids love it. But I ordered it way in advance for a birthday. It never came. then I had to reach out to find out where it was. I was told it is out of stock and not sure when it is coming in? REALLY? No one even reached out to tell me that? The shipping and receiving side of this company sucks. Communication not great either. Once I did get a hold of them I said then send another color. And then they did within 4 days.

Brought a montessori play set and had to send back, product wasn't safe with a screw jutting out, the build was of poor quality, there was over a month of waiting time despite advertising 3-5 days delivery, would NOT use again. Much better, larger and sturdier montessori frames for less money from other companies

Great product and well made - very happy
Consumers - rest assured you will receive your ordered purchases. As a company they are rather difficult to get hold of, but once you do, they do their upmost to ensure you receive your order. I did have to wait 4 weeks for delivery, which was frustrating but eventually it did arrive. I emailed their info address and got prompt replies.
When the product arrived I was really pleased with it. It's well made and had no missing parts and was easy to construct. The fun part is even the box it's packaged in can become a game!
I know delivery can be slow, due to demand of their products, but I would definitely use them again.

At this point, I have paid for my order and have no information about its status, shipment, or delivery. The complete lack of communication is very concerning and unacceptable.
I would strongly appreciate an immediate response, confirmation of my order, and clear information regarding when it will be shipped. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to contact my bank and dispute the transaction.
