Initially nervous but very pleased!!!

I was nervous about ordering with this company because of the reviews but I couldn't find a similar climbing frame which included all the parts, and the cushion, for the price. I placed an order so delivery would be before Christmas, when I saw my parcel had been attempted to deliver at the RM office in London and then not updated for a few days I panicked. I panicked further when I saw social media comments all demanding a response and update on deliveries, oh no! I sent an email and waited for an update. Amazingly the parcel arrived the next day, Goodevas did respond to my email, and I am absolutely thrilled with the climbing frame. The quality is beautiful and my 9 month old loves her new piece of equipment. Better yet, it was actually delivered very quickly (despite the lack of courier updates) and in time for Christmas.

Avoid company - Christmas ruined

Item ordered on the 30th of Novemeber intended as a christmas present for our children. No updates recieved. After 3 weeks I contacted the customer service to be told there was an issue in the warehouse that miraculously was solved the moment I called. Shipped the next day - but still in Germany as of today. One week before Christmas I emailed explaining the missing item and explained the imporance it arrived before christmas. The response was entire devoid of an apology. Present for the children not recieved for Christmas we are beyond disappointed. No compensation offered. Avoid this company.

Order never arrived

Order never arrived, I never got a tracking and got an answer after the third email I sent them.
They claimed my product was out of stock and offered me another one which wasn’t right for my needs, despite the product I ordered still being available on their website…

(Resolved Satisfactorily) Absolutely atrocious service received.

Updated following resolution 09/01.

Thank you for resolving this.

Following the review I received an update email providing choices for a return for full refund or a gesture of goodwill for the next order.

I chose the refund and picked the option for a from home pickup (other option was to take to depot).

Following pickup I had to email to advise the package had been collected and from there the refund took roughly 5 business days.

It was handled as promised from there, it’s just frustrating that it had to get to the point where I had to leave reviews rather than normal communications channels.

Absolutely atrocious service received.

Box received on 13th November, in pieces with parts missing.

I have been emailing since then.(It’s now the 23rd December.) to get replacement parts organised.

Was given a tracking number and after several more emails and calls (which keep getting disconnected before you get through to someone) told the shipment was lost.

Finally reached someone on the phone to be told we will have it to you by Christmas.

Emailed again several times and tried to call. Nothing.

I imagine that I’ll have a massive hassle in getting back a refund which will end going to the ombudsman's for resolution.

Avoid ruined Christmas

Ordered a Swedish ladder on 11 December as the website advertised 3-5 day delivery time for UK orders. Item was still not shipped by 16th, tried calling but the phone line doesn't work keeps cutting out after a few minutes of music. Live chat did not work no reply, I emailed and eventually got a reply that they had no stock due to high demand but the item would be shipped on 20th December to be here for Christmas. Its now the 23rd and the item still has no been shipped. How disgusting is it that a shop that sells toys for kids promises Christmas delivery and does not deliver. Stock should be counted and an out of stock update should be provided disabling costumers from purchasing what isn't readily available. Especially this time of year. With broken promises my childs Christmas has now been ruined as there is no "big present" from santa. Absolutely disgusted a company would do this at this time of year to children. 100% would NOT recommend.

No item received, no communication

Worse than 0! I ordered a climbing frame for my daughter on 8 December 2025, as you can probably imagine it was for a Christmas present. The payment was taken and an order confirmation the same day, but since then I have heard nothing whatsoever, despite chasing via email 3 times. The number on their website plays hold music for a couple of minutes and then cuts out, regardless of what day or time of day I call. Now I am short of a Christmas gift and £139.

Waiting for a response to an email…

Waiting for a response to an email order enquiry to UK base, an order that was made on 27th November and I haven’t heard anything since the confirmation. Was hoping for a Christmas morning surprise of the ladder being up on the wall, having ordered a month in advance.

Placed an order on the 10th of December…

Placed an order on the 10th of December for my baby boys first Christmas, still no update on delivery even after emailing twice. This is devastating as it is the only present we got for him under the belief it would be here oj time as it was showing as in stock at the time of ordering. I can see from reviews that more people have had the same issue and have been advised it is out of stock. Unacceptable to let customers down at this time of year

Worst Experience

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with this company. I placed an order (#5793CA) on November 28 to a location in Montreal, QC and the order was delivered to an address in British Columbia. I have emailed them twice with no response. I have contacted them in their chat multiple times a day and no one ever answers. I have called their customer service phone number - also no answer. It’s like they took my money, shipped the playgym to wherever and are finished with me since they got paid. I am so unimpressed. I ordered this as a Christmas gift and now my grandson will have nothing for Christmas from me. Absolutely shameful.

4 in 1 Montessori set

I've recently bought 4 in 1 Montessori climbing set as a present for my little first birthday. It was well packed with all parts needed. The delivery was as fast as possible, as we live outside EU. The customer service was also excellent, as they responded to my inquiries in a day. Overall, it's a great value for money .

Updated review.

I can’t comment on the product as I received a refund and didn’t receive it in the end.

Customer service wise I’ve had a mixed experience. Despite the website saying 3-5 day delivery and the product was in stock and ready to ship, and despite me having ordered on 3rd December, it wasn’t going to arrive in time for Christmas. I had to chase the order to find this out. Customer services were responsive and I did get my money back so that I could buy an alternative in time for Christmas.

So poor experience in terms of delivery times, but good (in the end) experience of being able to get my money back.
