If you think you can claim Capital Allowances contact ZEAL. They'll tell you straight off on a phone call whether they think you can or can't, and if you can it's done and dusted in a matter of weeks.

It was easy without any hassle to make the claim

I am more than satisfied with the results that Zeal have achieved for me. From a position where I didn't even know about this type of tax allowance, I ended up receiving a tax rebate for previous Tax years and a credit for future tax returns; for me this was a fantastic result. From the first call where they made an initial assessment through to the final analysis they have been technically excellent, friendly, helpful and have provided regular updates on progress. Apart from providing the required information they did all the work, communication with HMRC, obtaining the tax rebate and setting up the future tax credits. They also kept in close communication with my accountant.

Having just used Zeal for a capital expenses claim I would recommend them. They are good at gently convincing the sceptical...!

Great, non-pushy service - Recommended

Although a large amount of money was identified as tax deductible it will take many, many years to recoup this year by year. It is not a lump sum from the tax office.
In fact it will take about 10 years to cover the amount I now owe Zeal.
I my view this was not explained clearly.
As an over 70 years old I am not going to be able to take advantage of the full amount identified by Zeal.
If you are either an older owner or not likely to keep the property for a long time be careful of the scheme. However, luckily I believe it is now too late.

Quick, efficient, good result

Really good company - can't fault at all. Dealt with Matthew Heavyside regarding a Capital Allowance claim. He walked me through the process really well, and answered a tonne of difficult questions. Professional, concise and helpful at all stages. Plus delivered a great outcome for our company. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with again

Everyone has been very efficient, patient and professional. I asked many questions before I felt confident to proceed and all were addressed and I was offered ongoing support if I had queries with how to complete my HMRC assessments going forward.

Yes all in the title. They know their stuff and so easy to save alot of money. I don’t usually look forward to tax returns but Tom and team have saved me a significant amount in tax and I could not be happier.
