Slow refund
Needed grab lorry for general waste. Claimed they could supply and took payment. Requested photos of the area with the waste, after supplying they couldn't get any of their network of suppliers to take the job.
I asked them to then process the refund as they were unable to supply required service which they were supposed to do, however nearly 2 months later refund has not been processed and they now ignore any of my emails to get this sorted.
I am in the process of filing a complaint through my CC company as they offer me no other option.
Update 27/04: As per the SSN Customer services reply I was contacted this week.
I had been informed of a number of factors that led to the refund not being processed and website/email/customer service changes that led to the lack of contact. I hope that they manage to get all of these resolved so that others do not have my experience in future.
I can confirm however that they have processed my refund and it has shown up on my credit card statement.
