Would not recommend
Would not recommend, we used Grace to move our furniture from New Zealand to Australia. After promising 6-8 weeks then for our future to sit in Auckland unless we wanted to pay even more to have it shipped earlier, it took 4 months in the end. Poor communication throughout. They then lost a valuable item that was part of our table which I had to chase up over 3 weeks to get a response. Which then resulted in them finding a loop hole in the insurance we took out with grace for them not to cover it.
Won’t be using again when we move back nor will be recommending Grace to anyone.

Grace Removals Great Removers
Grace Removals were professional even when I changed my mind on some items I wanted added/removed to the removal.
The removal guys in South Australia and New South Wales were professional and courteous.

I was impressed with the organisation…
I was impressed with the organisation at short notice. The guys who came to move the stuff were friendly, helpful and got the job done with minimum fuss. They were careful when bringing the items into the new house and were simply very professional.
Certainly I would use Grace again if I ever decide to move again!!
I have used them in the past for overseas move and was very impressed then - which is why I contacted them again for a much smaller move

Made international shipping easy and affordable
Grace Removals made it easy and affordable to ship a couch, two chairs and some boxes back to the USA. This was less than a full container. They packed everything for me quite well. I was able to track the shipment through the Panama canal. It took approximately four months to go from Adelaide to Indiana, USA, door to door. They brought everything inside my house when they delivered it.
Excellent service throughout the process. Affordable.
