If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. Bought two purses for my wife and when they finally arrived, we were not happy with them. They are not real leather and we couldn’t be more disappointed. Contacted customer service right away about returning the bags and it’s been over two weeks with no response. Worst customer service ever and I will tell everyone I know not to order from them. Order is under name Richard Coppock. I read the response from Graces Bags and contacted them immediately with my order info/confirmation. It has now been six days and have not heard a word back from them, as I expected.

Grace is a degrace!

I bought a bag from "Grace" and the metal hardware that connected the strap to the broke. I only used this bag fro 2 months (bought it 4 months ago)
I wish I could attach the photo I sent them so you can see. Horrible customer - probably made in China by a 5 years old. It is a scam.

4 purchases should say how much I love…

4 purchases should say how much I love Grace bags! Initially, I purchased a bag and wallet. They are beautifully made, look very high end, and arrived reasonably timely considering it was Christmas time. Then my friend asked me to order two for her, one as a gift, and one for herself. They arrived very quickly and she is thrilled with the many pockets, color, and feel of the leather. We both highly recommend!

Effort made by Grace's Bags

I posted a very negative review of Grace’s Bags on TrustPilot and on the BBB recently. Grace’s Bags received a report from the BBB about my posted review. Their customer support then contacted me by email with an alternative solution to resolve the issues I mentioned. I responded by email that I chose not to accept their alternative, but I also reiterated my desire for a full refund of my purchases based on the issues mentioned. Within the same email, I discussed in detail my concerns and mentioned that there were many other reviews posted expressing the same concerns.
Today, on Jan. 26, I received an email from Grace’s customer support that they were refunding the charges for my two purchases and assured me that they were looking into the issues I specifically mentioned.
Review sites such as TrustPilot and the BBB often provide customers with important information before purchases are made. That is their purpose. However, I also believe it is important to provide positive feedback when appropriate.

DISSAPOINTED AND FEEL SCAMMED

I bought some bags before Christmas '24 and was really excited. But was sorely disappointed when I received my products. They are cheap looking and feeling and some were not to the dimensions that were advertised.

I just feel really scammed and taken advantage of. I am disappointed that you take advantage of people like this and advertise fake products.

Your products have been found on other websites in China for less than $5 per product. I only think it is right that you offer a full refund for product sent back, especially with all your responses sent back to other reviews saying your willing to 'help' and come to a fair 'resolution'.

I also don't understand how your 'sale' goes on forever. You draw in people with fake and plainly filthy advertising that the bags are so much off when they're not worth anything near what is said as the rrp or the sale price.

My products were also delivered while I was away so I didn't receive them when the post says delivered. I want a refund for my bags. I was also in shock by the way they arrived. I would of thought that bags that were made with proper leather wouldn't be packaged so carelessly.

I feel scammed, dissapointed and sad that this is what you do. Prey on people.

Scam, no customer service and The quality of the bags are poor

The quality of the bags are poor. I tried to cancel my order two hours after I ordered and they refused to cancel the order and then I found out they don't offer returns!!! ****"Please do note that I do not offer free returns. And Returns should be sent back directly to my fulfillment company in Asia."*** So Where are they made? Asia? Very dissatisfied with this scam they are running. I should have done my research before purchasing. Please, Please do not buy anything from this company unless you want to be frustrated.

scammy scam

I made this review for the other page bur I’m posting it here again. The owner images on this site are ai generated slop, there is no grace so to speak. There are other sites running the same scam with different “character” images. Literally the fakest most obvious AI generated pics. Unfortunately a lot of people are falling for this scam which is very sad. The images of the product on the site are typical sales photos that can easily be found on aliexpress and temu. Realistically no single person would be able to handmake this many items and sell them at such a low cost. Seemingly this company has been “closing down” for months at this point which should be another red flag. Please do your due dilligence before clicking on social media ads, there is a bit more info on this scam site if you google it. The owner responses all make excuses for these issues including outsourcing fulfillment overseas which really makes zero sense if these products are supposedly handmade.

Do not deal with this company. Received the product - didn't look like pictures, inside was made of a paper like product. They won't respond to my emails. Stuck with a crap product!!
So their customer service sucks as well!

Pleasantly surprised after reading the negative reviews

I have to say I was very nervous after reading the reviews for Grace Bags on here. I had already ordered 3 because of a "special" price. It took a few weeks for them to arrive but I was pleasantly surprised. They certainly wouldn't have been worth the "original" prices listed on their site but they were worth the $35 or so I paid for each. They are cute. I have even had some compliments. Of course, I doubt they were truly made by an elderly lady & her husband who are going out of business, but I'm happy with mine.

I had a discount I forgot to use when I…

I had a discount I forgot to use when I placed an order. I emailed and asked if it was too late. Angel emailed me right back telling me the discount was applied. Graces Bags is a great company to deal with. Their products are quality and Customer Service (Angel) was a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Graces.

Grace. The mystery has been solved. No, i did not receive the bag, but my neighbor down the street did. I went to see her and the bag was sitting near her door. She had no idea who I was but I explained about the bag by her door and she gave it to me. I will mail it tomorrow.
I'm sorry this was so mixed up, but it DOES prove that I never had it in my possession.
I'm sorry for the mess it caused, but I'm glad it cleared me of any wrong doing.

Graces-bags still a MAJOR SCAM even after their response

Thank you for responding to my review. I could not seem to add to the string of texts. Perhaps trust pilot can merge them. Your entire website represents all of your products as "high quality genuine leather." This was stated on the web site description for all of the products that I bought. It was also stated on my receipt. It was a lie. You have sent me cheap PU leather and it is not legal or ethical to promote these as high quality genuine leather when they are made of polyurethane (PU), a synthetic man made material that is clearly not leather...and it is not even good PU. Nowhere on your web site do you state that any of your products are PU leather. I will ask you once again to refund my purchases from order #22220 and order #22212. I am happy to send the products back as they are just junk, and quite frankly, they look so cheap that I would not be seen with them. I will be responding directly to "Angel's" email also. I stand by my initial review that your company is a total scam and I would like a refund. A photo is attached and it shows that your products are clearly not high quality genuine leather.

I have received your second response and have been responding to email also. You have offered me a 15% discount to avoid the return shipping costs and also to keep the purses. That means that you are only discounting them by $25 and I still have a cost of $145 to keep purses that I will never use. They simply look like cheap vinyl and should cost about $10 each. There are two receipts, one for $127 and the other for $42. I suggested that you refund the $127 only and keep the $42 to cover the costs of the products. I think that is fair. I cannot imagine that it would cost more than that to make them. Or please send me a return label and I am happy to ship them to you for a full refund. I do feel that my proposal is fair since I did not receive what I ordered. Instead I received cheap-looking polyurethane plastic purses rather than "high-quality genuine leather," and quite simply, that is all that they are worth. Your company illegally misrepresented your products and I should not have to pay a high price for a dramatically different & very inferior product. Thank you.

I have more to add to this. I just found the Graces-bags Chelsea's Vintage Charm product on the AliExpress web site. Graces-bags markets it as genuine leather for a supposedly discounted price of $50. Ali Express appears to sell the exact same bag at $3.75. That is a $44 price difference because Graces-bags are scamming you and saying it is leather. I am not allowed to put links into a review; however, you can look it up yourself. The AliExpress description is "Vintage Solid Color Women Fashion Shoulder Sling Bag High-Capacity Simple Wide Strap Bucket Crossbody Bag." The Graces-bags description is "Chelsea's Vintage Charm."
