So happy to have found this mobility company online. I would highly recommend them. Communication from Marta was exceptional and she was so understanding. Her husband delivered an immaculate mobility scooter to my home on a Saturday which exceeded all my expectations. I have been purchasing mobility products for over 25 years and have not ever experienced service at this level. Everything we needed to know was provided and explained on delivery. A great firm to deal with. The scooter arrived by special courier who unloaded it down the ramp with great care, and demonstrated the basic operating instructions. The scooter looked as good as new after its 250 mile journey from north to south to get to my home. By buying reconditioned I saved around £ 1,000. It took just 3.5 days from payment to delivery which was fine.

very reliable supplier, Marta dealt with the enquiry and the admin side of things and the communication was second to none !! Gracjan demonstrated the scooter and was very informative and knowledgeable , when he delivered the scooter, he explained how to use it to my elderly Father and also gave some useful advice on insurance and registering with the DVLA
All in all, a smooth and satisfying purchase, we are very happy :)

I sold my late husband’s scooter to Grajmax and from the beginning their communication was polite and prompt. When it came to collection, they kept me informed of arrival time, giving me an accurate window. The gentleman who came was very polite and friendly and the transaction was completed efficiently. It was really nice to see how carefully he checked over the scooter before confirming he would buy it. This really gave me confidence that if I ever needed to buy one, they would be a good option as they are careful about the quality and condition of the items they take in. I am thrilled with my purchase and the highly Professional Service I was given by this very lovely, caring & friendly Couple who work so hard to deliver a Quality Service. Marta wasn't sure it was a fit for me the Foldi Explorer so tried to dissuade me which was appreciated but I knew Practice was the Key and since my purchase I have sourced the part I needed to make the Explorer more comfortable for my long legs. The Scooter is immaculate although second hand it hasn't been used so what a bargain they have provided for me. A lovely friendly Couple who have a beautiful Family they are working so hard for.
