I love the canvases but the process is so difficult. I have lost work so may times and wasted hours and hours re-doing the canvases ( I do the 72 image ones). The website needs tweaking so that individual projects are saved permnently so if they disappear from the cart you haven't lost hours of work. Also trying to create mutiple projects to put the cart is complicated- feels as though they want you to do 1 project at time and pay for individual postage. It feels like hard work. And now I've missed Christmas delivery despite trying to this for the last few evenings.

I have used this company several times and have found them to be good value for money.
Recently they have applied a £25 delivery charge to residents of Northern Ireland and they have confirmed that this is correct. The normal charge was £9.99. I suggested that perhaps they could send my order - one small canvas -
By Royal Mail and received a curt reply stating that they didn't use Royal Mail.
It is clear that they do not wish to do business here and I have found another company who do. They should make it clear in their ads that delivery charges are £25 to Northern Ireland as the delivery charges do not appear until the end of the process . Total waste of time

Fantastic service great communication and brilliant quality canvas, so much so it made me cry when I received my canvas of my late cat.

This is the second time I have used Grangeprint and my good opinion has been further strengthened by my recent experience. I invested in the option to get a professional to look over the image (from my phone) before committing it to canvass. They were not happy and Maisie diligently explored options with me to ensure the final result would be good. I only had the one poor quality picture to send them. But it meant a lot to me so I asked them to do the best they could.
I am delighted with the result and the way that my order was treated with care and respect. Thank you Grangeprint:-)

Even allowing for the Christmas and New Year period having ordered my canvas on Dec 10th and nearly at day 40 still having had no correspondence or even aknowledgment of as receipt of my order yet payment was taken immediately having seen other reviews regarding similar experiences I find this quite alarming

Placed my order on the 10th December, paid the extra money to have the faster and tracked delivery. It got dispatched on the 23rd with hermes and my order still has not arrived. I have tried to email Grange print 3 times and tried to call them 2 times and could not get through. Awful customer service

Good value for money. Great prints. Quick delivery. I strongly recommend. I’ve ordered canvasses and cushion covers from them. I always love the way it comes out.

GrangePrint have been absolutely amazing helping me get the correct photo for my Canvas. Their patience and excellent service gave me the finished article which I received earlier than I thought it would come. I’m over the moon with it being a present wanted it to be great and it is fabulous!!!!!! Thank you !!!

My experience with Grangeprint was just Fantastic. The process was straightforward, great easy choices in sizes and designs.
What I loved also was the communication, they let me know if a correction was needed to be made when I submitted my pictures. They were very patient.
When I received my pictures the service was quick and I was blown away by the results of the prints.

I took up an offer on grangeprint. Seemed like a really great deal. Used my Samsung S20 for setting up the prints, a mix of single portraits through to multi photo mixes in various layouts. Software and experience was ok. I've used worse, definitely used better.
So a few photos and with the deal less than a tenner. I didn't click on the extra cost for someone to review them, after all it's a digital print of what I've uploaded. All they are going to do is press print. What could go wrong?
Received the photos, well packaged. Good strong tube. Rolled up but not in a bad way. Well packed indeed.
On getting them out though I was immediately struck by the incredibly poor quality of the photo paper. This could not be any more flimsy or thin. It was nothing like I expected. Ok perhaps this is how it is today. It's been a while since I've actually ordered a photo! At home we are mostly digital now!
So I'll go with the paper. I doubt it will last long. But I'll live with it.
However the quality of the print is pathetic. All photos uploaded were high Res. The prints are grainy but not because they are pixelated, because the printer settings have been tweaked to be as economical as possible. Drab, washed out, they all have what looks like a increased red wash over them. As if a sepia filter had been applied. Frankly they are only for for the bin.
They look and feel cheap. Which is I suppose what they were.
All in all my one and only time I'll use grangeprint. A poor experience. I'd not recommend them and for these photos I've already used a diffenerrt supplier, for a couple of quid more and they have come back, vibrant, high Res, on excellent quality paper with UV proof ink.

Incredible business manage by incredible people. I needed a canva with urgent and Isabella put all her effort to make sure that arrived on time, what I really appreciate. Apart from that, the quality of the canva is excellent. I would definitely buy all my canvas with GrangePrint.

Canvas is awful quality. Will be going straight into the bin unfortunately. Feels like a real disappointment having paid and waited to arrive. Won't be using Grange Print again

Used grangeprint approx 6 times, canvas always turns out great, got my 1st one a few years ago and still looks great. Always have discount codes emailed through so price is always good. Great product, service and company! Will defo use again and again

I honestly cannot find enough words to show my gratitude for the service I received.
I have shopped a few times with this company and each time has been an absolute joy from start to finish.
The products are great quality and look fantastic on the wall. The canvases get so many compliments.
I had such a lovely polite understanding lady called Isabella. She did everything within her powers and even beyond to help me out.
The shipping was INCREDIBLY quick and to a very high standard. Boxes always can I damaged which is rare nowadays.
I shall continue to use this company for any canvases in the future.
Never disappointed and I don’t think you’d be either!

Ordered some items, including a large multi-photo canvas, for my husband for Father's Day. Excellent service and the items, on receipt, were faultless. Great customer service when a few of the photos I'd provided weren't of the best quality for what I wanted, they contacted me and waited for me to submit replacements and then got the canvas done as quickly as they could, and ahead of when I was expecting it. Overall a great experience, and I know where to go for any further personalised photo gifts. 5*, highly recommended.
