What an experience! From start to finish the team at Gravells Swansea went above and beyond with their customer service. No question went unanswered and every detail of my new car was carefully explained. I will 100% return in a few years time to exchange my car. Once again, thanks to all at Gravells Swansea!

I have just collected my new motability vehicle from Kia Swansea.
Josh Phillips was extremely helpful from the first day we met right up to the moment we drove off the forecourt.
He kept in touch by telephone throught the process and made me aware of timescales for collection.
Josh not only explained how the the car worked he took the time to go through EVERYTHING, demonstrating each feature ensuring our full satisfaction before we left.

Dion Robins Gravells Hereford was great in explaining the process of how to use the Kia Niro electric vehicle i purchased from him in Gravells Hereford. The service I have received from Gravells is sub standard. The staff don't seem to know what one side of the garage is doing. Record keeping is not done, no record of car being to the garage, supposed to have ordered a new dashboard for my Kia been waiting since December 2023 for part.
Car has been back to the garage, mechanic's were supposed to have sorted saying the fuse was the problem sorted. Went to use car still same problem with dashboard no display. What a waste of fuel that's twice now! This has been on going since Dec 4th. I was asked to take the review off, or there could be a problem with the warranty with regard to the car being fixed.

I picked up my new car today and received brilliant service from start to finish. Josh was amazing, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Always keeping me updated. When picking the car up today, Josh sat with me to explain everything inside the car which was extremely helpful. Very pleased with the experience.

I come back and forth to the Dealership but was incisive , after going to many places We decided to go back and have another look at a Car . Soon as We got there Leighton Jane come out to greet us and went through Everything. He was Absolutely brilliant and We got a Kia X Seed . We love it the service was excellent.

No problem whatsoever in recommending Gravells Kia Abergavenny. Recently purchased a Kia Sorento and salesman Rhodri Chaplin was first class. Very friendly, no pressure , extremely knowledgeable and patient. A lovely modern showroom and James, the General Manager, has got it spot on. My wife enjoyed the free hot chocolate as well. They even put fuel in the tank. They go the extra mile in customer care.

Sportage in for a service. Team was bang on time. Had a nice cup of drinking chocolate while I waited. Staff kept me updated as time went by. A couple of faults fixed and on my way in less than an hour and a half. Always a great service at Gravells Abergavenny. Thank you.

We bought a new car from Gravells, Abergavenny. The staff were very helpful, approachable and not pushy at all. They were very knowledgable and they listened to our requirements. We were able to test drive a range of vehicles to help us decide our preference and the team also went to extra efforts to arrange for a specific car we were interested in, for us to test.
