Having started as a new business just two years ago with limited resources, they have consistently been easy to work with, maintaining clear communication and readily arranging meetings either in person or via Microsoft Teams as required.

They have handled all matters professionally, even when delays or issues arose due to errors on our side with documentation or life itself. What began as a straightforward document verification process evolved into support across other areas of our business, where they continued to provide valuable assistance over the past two years.

Based on our experience dealing with Mrs I Hilton who I belive is a Private Client Advisor for the firm. They will be our first point of contact for us in future for legal needs.

Having decided I wished to purchase the freehold on my existing property I contacted Graysons in Sheffield. Caroline & Isabella liaised with the landlord and got all the necessary documentation completed.

It made the purchase simple from my perspective and enabled me to feel confident that all the legal aspects had been satisfied.

Keisha worked with me on a personal injury claim and despite the restaurant not taking any responsibility, she still pursued compensation and got it for me. She was calm, efficient, organised, very proactive and extremely communicative. I would highly recommend this company, particularly Keisha.

Graysons were amazingly supportive, reassuring and helpful throughout my journey, buying my 1st home. A relatively straightforward transfer took over 6 months. There were communication issues between Graysons & the management company, First Port. I had to find a contact number & chase the management company myself. I felt like nothing would get done unless I chased the solicitors at least twice a week. I called on numerous occasions, & never heard back from them. I’m very disappointed with the service I received & won’t be using Graysons again.

I did not have to worry about anything. Had the same person dealing with my case from the beginning to the end , I just left it to him, he was very understanding, and very professional.

Deeply troubling conduct. In my experience, this firm uses heavy-handed, intimidating tactics that feel exploitative and ethically questionable.

Targeting vulnerable individuals with false allegations for financial gain is hard to justify on any moral level.

Bullying isn't the word, I won't forget this dreadful experience.

This firm have been top notch, be totally honest and transparent with them and they will provide exactly what they say. Went above and beyond before actually issuing proceedings. Didn't keep me in the dark at any point and if i wasnt sure about anything i was never rushed off the phone.
