Products are beautiful and well made. Great customer service with a personal touch. Only thing I’m struggling with is that the hemp is too stiff/bulky to use with a folded booster which gives best abs... See more

Written by the company

Green Cheeks was created by Lianne, a Mum in November 2020. This is a new range of cloth nappies designed to give families a easy and affordable route into switching to reusables. These nappies are all provided with highly absorbent hemp inserts, this makes the nappy super slim and really thirsty. They are easy to use, we offer velcro as an option with all styles, poppers will be coming soon. The velcro fastening gets you as close to a disposable nappy as you can get. A switch to reusables will save thousands of nappies from a lifetime in landfill, and will keep thousands of pounds in your wallet! Let's talk about switching today!

Excellent communication!

There was initially an issue with my shipment. I wasn't aware of this but Lianne contacted me to let me know about the situation. She was incredibly helpful and apologised profusely despite the issue being with the shipper and not her or the company. Eventually the product came (sooner than I expected!) and it's great. This is a business I'd support again.

Well made

Well made, excellent communication and speedy delivery. Only downside was it wasn't clear on the website how to personalise until after I ordered

Lovely service

Lovely service, arrived when it said it would, chocolates were a lovely touch, you can tell the items are well made, and I will look forward to using them, when my little one arrives :)

Beautiful product

Beautiful product!

I ordered one if the butterfly garden print waterproof bags to use for putting swimming stuff in for the gym.

It's amazing how much you can fit in one - a full size towel, bottles of body wash and shampoo - and it's very easy to dry afterwards - having a waterproof inner lining.

Amazing quality and a real eye catcher of a print. Very happy with my purchase! Thank you :)

I ordered a wooden teether

I ordered a wooden teether, a nursery with a muslin on it, waited for it to arrive only to then get an email saying I had cancelled the order which I had definitely not, and was automatically given a refund. I guess the company must have cancelled my order themselves but I sent an email asking for explanation and never received one so will not buy again.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience — I completely understand how disappointing that must have felt. I had to cancel your order as the item you purchased was unfortunately out of stock at the time. As a very small, mum-run business, I try my best to stay on top of everything, but occasionally things slip through when I’m juggling work and family life.

I didn’t see your follow-up email, and I’m so sorry that left you without a reply. That’s not the experience I ever want anyone to have with Green Cheeks. Please know I’ve taken your feedback on board and will make sure to improve my stock and communication processes going forward.

Thank you for supporting a small independent shop like mine — I really do appreciate it, even when things don’t go quite to plan. 💚
