Lockdown Emergency
During lockdown had an emergency with loft overflow. Within a few hours your engineer attended and fixed the problem in no time.
General service was excellent, being fast, efficient and extremely helpful.
This is the second time we have used Greenstar and on both occasions couldn't have been more pleased.

The header tank was overflowing so it was an emergency during the C19 lockdown. Greenstar acted quickly & efficiently. All completed in 3 hours from original phone call.
The company is always excellent and have fitted a new boiler plus water tank in the last few years.

In a hurry I hired Greenstar Property Services to remove a small leaking radiator from my kitchen. He charged me £145 inc VAT!! He drained down the system which was not necessary. I checked with another plumber afterwards and a couple of in the know friends. He wanted to charge an extortionate £245 to fit a new radiator!! I'm getting my rad replaced tomorrow for £65 inclusive. Greenstar are rip off merchants!! I am not impressed!
