Really poor service

Really poor service, our business needed a vehicle by July 1st and this was made very clear by us in the sales process. At no point was it mentioned that this would be an issue. It has certainly become an issue as we have now had to lease an expensive cover vehicle indefinitely to maintain our business service level with no confirmed delivery date currently given.

I recently leased a brand new BYD Seal…

I recently leased a brand new BYD Seal through Carwow, and the experience was outstanding. Calum Duffus was fantastic to work with; he made the entire process incredibly personal, efficient, and stress-free. To top it off, the price was absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a new car, I couldn't recommend Calum enough!

Brilliant service

The adviser I interacted with, Uwais, was exceptionally customer-friendly and demonstrated a deep level of knowledge in his field. He made the entire process straightforward and stress-free, ensuring that I understood every step along the way. Uwais was also incredibly accessible, making it very easy to reach out to him and receive prompt responses to any queries I had. The delivery service was brilliant too, We had the car within a week . With the driver doing a detailed introduction to the car. Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism and the efficiency of the service.

Really easy to use the service and the information you are given is useful. Price on clicking through to order goes up a bit when you talk to them, plus I needed to chase for some updates - All in all I would definitely recommend and use them again

First time I have used CarWow

First time I have used CarWow for a personal lease. The whole process was very well handled and efficient.
Sven Leigis dealt with my initial enquiry and kept me fully informed throughout and worked hard to locate specific car for my requirements.
The price was competitive and the car arrived on a trailer on the specified date. Good experience overall.

All mouth, no trousers

My experience with Carwow Leasey has been very frustrating overall.

During the sale, everything felt smooth and professional I have to be fair here. Sven in particular was really helpful, responsive, and genuinely great to deal with. No complaints at all on the sales side.

However, things changed significantly after I placed the order.

The biggest issue is constantly pushed-back delivery dates with no clear or honest communication. Every time I follow up, I receive quick responses but they don’t actually answer the question. It feels like I’m being told vague statements such as “delivery dates might be affected,” rather than being given a proper, realistic timeline.

The real problem is not delays (these can happen) it’s the lack of transparency and avoidance in communication. If there were potential issues, this should have been clearly explained during the sales process, not after.

I’ve had to chase updates at every step, with no proactive effort from their side to give accurate information. I even sent a complaint email and didn’t receive a meaningful response, which is very disappointing. Still waiting their response.

At this point, I’m considering cancelling and requesting a refund.

If you need a car within a specific timeframe even if you think you have enough time to cover, I would not recommend. If you’re okay receiving your car at an unknown time with unclear communication, then it might work for you but that hasn’t been my expectation or experience.

Very disappointing overall.

10/10 from Sven Liegis

I can’t recommend Sven at Carwow Leasey highly enough. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me secure the perfect car at the best possible price, all within my budget.
His communication was outstanding throughout. Whether by phone or email, his response time was excellent, and he always kept me updated every step of the way.
We did run into a complication that was completely outside of his control, but Sven went above and beyond to support me and worked hard to get my deal over the line. His professionalism, dedication, and customer service were second to none.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about getting you the best deal and providing an excellent customer experience, I would highly recommend Sven. Thank you again!

The initial phone call was great very…

The initial phone call was great very professional and informative. Any other emails did feel generic and generated. I did reply with questions which weren’t answered. Finale emails just before getting the car were positive and felt good. I wouldn’t mind more information around the car eg dealer hand over info like warranty which is still unclear. Overall good experience.

I cannot recommend Simon Pitney-Baxter

I cannot recommend Simon Pitney-Baxter, Rebecca and the team at Leasey highly enough.

From my first enquiry right through to delivery, they were knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful. There was never any pressure, just honest advice and excellent communication throughout the process.

I leased a Hyundai Ioniq 6 AWD Ultimate, affectionately known as "His Grace", and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Rebecca kept everything moving smoothly behind the scenes, while Simon was always available to answer questions and make sure everything stayed on track.

What impressed me most was that even after delivery they didn't just disappear. Simon took the time to call and check that I was getting on well with the car, which says a lot about the level of customer care.

The car itself has been fantastic, and the buying experience matched it. If you're considering leasing a car, I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon, Rebecca and the Leasey team.

Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable.

Smooth experience start to finish

Smooth experience start to finish! Ashleigh was absolutely great and updated me every step of the way. Would 100% recommend and if I’m in the market for another lease car, will not hesitate to use carwow leasey. It was also the cheapest on the market for our new BMW 3 series hybrid.
