I have been playing GTArcade games for…

I have been playing GTArcade games for 3 years now, first one was LoD, the game I played with my friends, the game allowed lots of socializing , competition and interaction with players. Since Saint Seiya is launched I am playing that game, it is very f2p friendly and management of the game always keep us informed and they are very transparent in all players issues and questions.

Worst Mobile Games Company of the history. I don't recommend to play any of the games from this company. They manipulate games with no concern to makes players waste money. So if you want to play any game from this company go but prepare to be unsatisfy and overall prepare your wallet.

This company should be banned from the stores. They are scammers!

Have been playing the League of Angels…

Have been playing the League of Angels games from GTA for almost 3 years, from loa2 to loa3 and can honestly say the customer support and developer support the games get here is incredible. Issues arise of course like every game but you never wait days for a fix it's always done extremely fast so we as players can get back into the game and play trouble-free, and if there ever is a issue player side or game side you can always go to the support and with all the right information they help within a day or two which is very fast compared to other gaming companies I've played games at.
For another game, I play called GOTWIC by this company they even have specific customer support who you can message in discord and Facebook for 24/7 support nevermind the active Facebook and discord servers the games have generally.

Shameful robber - Gtarcade

Disgusting robber. I've never seen someone as dreadful as them - can you guys believe someone can brazenly rob your money on Google play store??????? To make it simple - I spent money on one of their games in Sep2019 - MORE THAN 5 MONTHS AGO! After taking away my money, they didn't give what I spent for at all. As it's so simple - just a YES or NO question - I didn't receive it and that's it, I immediately provided them with everything irrelevant including my payment reference. And now - 5 and a half months have passed, they don't even reply to my ticket however I try to make them aware of the fact that the issue hasn't been resolved, let alone compensating me for that loss. Just an absolute disgrace.
PS I was even more disgusted when I found that how rapidly did they respond to all those negative public reviews on play store, pretending to be willing to help and determined to improve - I don't how many people will read this, but I'm just trying my best to reveal this disgusting robber from China.

-----------------

I forgot to mention one thing - I've really got no idea why is Google not doing something on this disgraceful robber!? I reported to Google 5 months ago and they've always been saying that 'they'll take serious actions on violations'....and that's it. I've never seen anything they'd done so far. A bit disappointed, especially given that how reassuring they were when I contacted them.......

Pure GARBAGE

Pure GARBAGE ! There is not ONE redeeming Quality to this FLUNKY outfit. Auto Bot support, Pathetic Forum. Developers switching Kingdoms to crush high $$ players making them either quit or pay MORE to get back to their status. This is a Freemium Scam of the worst magnitude I have encountered in online gaming. Company should be sued YOOZOO Co. Should actually be spelled USEYOU Co.

This game company is EXTREMELY pathetically poor ! The WORST gaming experience you could possibly imagine. They cater ONLY to the highest paying players yet advertise as a "Free-to-Play" Browser Game. Not only do the Browsers FAIL constantly having to refresh the game, but they try to MAKE you download their APP instead tp play. VERY RISKY proposal from a company headquatered in Shanghai China !! Unless you want to get ripped off of your time (game takes forever to upgrade unless you pay $$) & possibly even real money stolen for virtual nothing. AVOID THIS GAME COMPANY.

Pain and waste of money

Ok, where to start. 1. I have played for over 9 months and in that time, I have had to dump and restart my computer many times. They are always changing up the desktop manager, and it will glitch at least once or twice a month. 2. This game is not free. If you do not want to get your commander and castle killed, you better be prepared to spend some money to level up quickly. If you don't mind paying to play, then go for it. Just remember there is always someone with unlimited pockets and they will be stronger and destroy your castle and kill your commander. Don't get me wrong, the game can be a lot of fun, but not when you have to reboot your system and rebuild your troops and castle after a "rich" player knocks you around.

2 years playing with gtarcade

I've been playing gtarcade games for 2 years, first started with lod and then moved to Saint Seiya, currently playing both. The company isn't perfect, no one is, but I have seen them really try to please their players, specially in Saint Seiya. Also their customer service has always replied to me and to most of the people I know from games. It is a good company, but many players fail to understand it's also a business, and if I spend in the game I want some sort of advantage, why would I want to put my money in a game if I won't get any profit from it? I wouldn't invest. But free players just complain because paid players get more advantage, and well, that's that's the idea spenders want, have advantage.

The worst game of all times with…

The worst game of all times with glitches roll backs that cost players time and money and the devs don't care after they get your money your dead to them they make it your fault some thing went wrong and never own up to any compensation and when they do give comp it is the lowest most pitiful thing they can hand out. If you dl the game play for free and do not spend a penny on it or you will be ripped off at some point. and that is a fact.

LOL Its a joke

LOL Its a joke. You can play dedicated, but its pointless. Its not an actual game. Its a lot of made up fake numbers to try to sucker you into paying money to not compete, but buy your way to the top. Seriously, most the stats are fake. When I'm losing to BR that is 2 million less then me. Or losing to guys who are half my levels, half my power, but they bought 5 mythic characters, and the shards to augment them. Thats not competition and any fool that gives thousands to be number 1 on this type of game that basically has no mechanics or strategy. You raise all this stuff, go yo face another player, and the comp fights the battle, so you can't even use strategy to offset their buying their power. Sorry, but I really don't see how someone can have thousands of dollars and 23 hours a day, 8 days a week to sit on this thing. Honestly, if you have that little a life, maybe you should spend the money on a friend. LOL Just a cash grab game, and most likely these 50-100 mill players are mods and scripters. Comeon, nobody is that pathetic that they'd spend that much money on this sad cr@p, and if they are. Then I've got some swamp land to sell you, dude. LOL

If yo read my review I promise you will…

If you read my review I promise you will get a thorough analysis of GTarcade, their philosophy and pros and cons so you can make up your own mind if you want to play their games.

I will be honest their GOT game is well designed and exciting to play with a now relatively acceptable customer support. However, having read the reviews and forums from their previous games and after spending over 2.5k USD I have come to the conclusion that this type of game is just not for me and I plan to steer as far clear from their games as I can in the future. So I hope my review tells you at least why I think you should not waste your time on their games.

I prefix this by saying I have grown up gaming like much of my generation. One game I want to mention as an example is WoW. Thanks to WoW spending money regularly for a good fun was not a foreign concept to me. After all if I could spend 13 USD as a kid, why not spend more money monthly as an adult for a great lore-based fun. However, this is where the similarities end, where WoW introduced the idea of monthly payments and later micro transactions, it also offered a heroic effort to create meaningful content, it stuck to a sensical and powerful role and formed a cohesive community. in GOT, with my large investment which dwarfs my expenditure as a teen by 100s of times over... I am still more of a mid tier player regardless of how well I learn the game mechanics. The game lore makes no sense, characters have no meaningful progress or story that can spark the imagination. No sense of belonging to a faction or an effort. The alliances, AC, AM, castle sieges and etc. all fail rather miserably at creating a sense of community. All of it is overshadowed by the constant begging for more money at every turn. Nowadays, I feel like it has become a chore, where I spend even more money try to dodge rigged lottery systems and cash grabs and I really do not enjoy anything the game has to offer. Where most games require a fixed expenditure and then rely on your ability to learn the game to reward you for that dopamine rush that comes with achievement, GTarcade games have all the intricacies a well made game mechanic, but then over turn it at every single step by allowing money veto everything. Therefore, as a player, the more I played the more I felt that I am playing just to recoup some sort of value.

Yes learning the complicated battle mechanics allowed for a more deadly attack or efficient defence but at the end of the day it comes down to the raw numbers. There is always someone who understands the game mechanics just as well as you do but has spent twice the amount of money to beat you. At that point, skills and understanding are meaningless, it is a just a race to see who can spend more.
This is not to say that skills and game mechanics are lacking in their games. To their credit a big spender who does not understand the game or learn can spend thousands of dollars and lose them in a heartbeat. This is the main reason that I don't categorize their games as a "scam".

The other issue with the philosophy of the company is their level concern for the community. As other reviewers have stated, they seem too focused on milking money at every opportunity. The devs never try to explain any shortcoming, mistake or bug directly. There is constant new features but they all have only one thing in common, They require you to spend more and more money to achieve any meaningful results. So in a way it is obvious to make sure that your spending never plateaus or slows down.

On top of that, there is a lot of shady stuff going, players that got to 800M power over a few nights and then went inactive after sending the whole server on a spending spree.... We all thought this was odd on our server. If you do not know how the game shop works, the general trend is the more packs you buy the less value you get for more money. For example a 5 dollar pack gives you more value dollar for dollar than the next tier which is a 10-20 dollar pack etc. Therefore for someone to have that type of growth, over that period of time, they must have spent tens of thousands of dollars, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars and then quit cold turkey. Strange, right? What kind of person can drop that kind of money and then just walk away? Fast forward and now looking at reviews from their previous games I ran into many people complaining about devs making overpowered accounts to crush real players and make them spend more money. Now all of the sudden the whole thing makes perfect sense. While technically not a scam, you can see how this is just despicable behaviour.

There is a lot of skill and knowledge required to play the game well, which is an appeal however what I mentioned above and the whole fixed attitude on money making makes their games a joke to real gamers and gamer community. It is a shame. There are just so many far better games that offer more relaxing fun at a fraction of money required to play this game competitively. Spend that 5k you are planning to spend on this game to buy a state of art gaming PC and you will have a lot more fun, I guarantee it.

This game is very good

Legacy of Discord is great! 👌 The gameplay is exciting with a lot of fun activities and events, which you can enjoy with your guild-mates and share great memories with. However, I would love to see some of the older PvP events to return again: Battle Royale, Cross Server War, World Royale.

Absolutely no customer service

Absolutely no customer service. Game devs play the game with unlimited resources and hold top spots on ranks to make feel like you NEED to spend money or you wont be able to compete on top of that I couldn't even access my account (along with the money I actually spent) after just a few months of playing. I suggest you stay FAR away from this company.
