Pay to Win at every turn on GOT, sure you can play for free but expect to get defeated always by all the pay to win guys, and some of these people spend thousands on an armor set or on Commanders or just on speed ups so they can level faster, and this is thousands of dollars they will never see again on items they can't sell or swap...so not only are they "Pay to Win" players but they are also stupid to.
Avoid this game like the plague, because there far better games out there and they cost way less to.

I was first introduced to Gtarcade in 2016. This company has progressed 100% from the time I first started playing till present day. I have been playing a few Gtarcade games for over 3 years and I am satisfied with the support, entertainment, and game background. Above all, the support and moderation group part of the game is impeccable. If you reach out to support and provide all the information needed to resolve your concern, you will receive a prompt response and a solution to your issue. The games are constantly growing and updating. There is a lot of competition amongst players from different servers and guilds. The only request I do have is to put cross server pvp events back on a monthly schedule!

I just recently started playing loa3. I have to say now I remember why I stopped playing earlier versions loa and loa 2. You will get ripped off if you purchase anything in the game. There is no customer service at all no one will reply to tickets or complaints. I made in game purchases and never received the full benefit package described only a few minor items. They are committing fraud to get you to spend money for items you will NEVER EVER GET even if you have proof you paid for them. You will never hear back from customer service. Even though they promise to get back to you within 2 days. Two weeks later and I have never heard back and have had to do another customer service ticket.

The games are fun but on the saint Seiya awakening I lost all my people and the golden saint Aquarius and now I am mad because I spent a month trying to get him so now I am depressed thanks a lot

Been playing gtarcade games for more than 3 years now and although service might not he flawless, generally it works well.
Customer service has really improved lately and it feels like they really wanna help, if they can!

Gtarcade games publish a lot of cool games and new ones always around the corner which makes it exciting.

The freaking worst. Scripted answers from Customer service with a different name each time. They offer coupons then when you pay EXACTLY what the coupon requires you to do, the coupon is invalid & you're out your money & the coupon ends up expiring. This is a total scam, fraudulent gaming experience. Never again with this hack infested company

Been playing a lot of games from them over the years. I really like the art styles and designs they make. Sure every game has it's ups and downs, but they have me hooked with their creations, and hence, they deserve every star of the ratings I have to offer. Cheers. :)

Been playing LoD for almost 3 years. Its not perfect but its very addictive!

They have their own employees with unlimited resources playing the game and compete with real payers to encourage them to pay more. Their game is also full of bugs cheaters hackers and they never do a thing about it. They have no real tech support. Any problems you have you can expect to have them for months.
All they care about is opening new servers and games to cash in early only to have players quit left and right leaving dead servers and games everywhere then they move on to make other games. I really wish there can be legal action done against this, this is literally rotting our society...

Refuses to enforce their own TOS. No customer Support. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS GAME. Constant bullying by other "players". The list goes on....After 5 years of playing ...I have had enough of it..the support has gone down hill, they refuse to folow their own TOS and allow constant bullying, personal insults and big spenders who constantly put others down. They allow hijacked FB accounts to create toons so that the bullying and insult come from multiple fake toons and from one person THE LIST IS TOO NUMEROUS TO CONTINUE. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME. League of Angels (LOA) LOA II, LOA 3, Game of Thrones...etc they are all equally worthless when it comes to support or enforcing TOS. AGAIN STAY AWAY. They have been recently hacked and are still vulnerable to hacks. Im a network engineer and would never treat paying customers or free players that are customers the way they have.

after trying to delete my facebook account from the gtarcade browser platform it just wont let me keeps coming up with bad internet connection try later. as hbo have linked themselfs with gtarcade i think its time hbo start to own up or face prosecution for theft, fraud.

Little to no (fake?) costumer service. After 5 tickets and shady answers by a dude that barely understands english or the game, I finally get a message telling me they will take care of it. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing... I give up on my refund. I will avoid games from this company and I strongly suggest you do the same.

Rubbish. Never responded, especially with payment items.

Doesn't let me uninstall it, says I need to contact my system's administrator!

everyone should stay way from this game you loose a ton of stuff from a glitch and they dont reimbursement it, horrible customer service. DO NOT DOWNLOAD this game

game have insiders or cheaters who have unlimited premium currency, well dont care about support as developers just aims to make they games pay to win, makes me curious about some logic of top players spend every event and being as half as much in power score as second place

You want me to believe that there is someone so 🤦‍♂️ and rich at the same time that you pay every day events to get max available rewards, there is no competition in that as most action in game is PVE based and depends of your $$$ spent

as gamer since 16-bit consoles must admit - this is total crap, scam or lack of competitive and clean gameplay for everyone

Their games are lackluster. Their prices for items are too expansive for the games their offer. This company only goal is to charge players as much money as possible. Their games tend to die quickly once players do realise their cannot advance without paying a substantial amount of money. Experience with customer service is non existent.

Unfinished. Way too expensive in-game items.

Scam, they want only your money and give only a copy-past of already existing games.
