Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 127 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers reported being charged for courses or subscriptions they did not authorize, often after an initial low-cost purchase. These unexpected payments were frequently described as hidden or unclear, leading to frustration. People often found it difficult to obtain refunds for these unauthorized charges, with some resorting to blocking their bank cards to prevent further deductions. However, some people were satisfied with customer service, finding support to be prompt, helpful, and professional in resolving misunderstandings. Conversely, a small portion of people felt that support was unhelpful, refusing refunds or not addressing their concerns effectively. A few customers successfully recovered their money by initiating chargebacks through their banks.

The website gurugo.online is not a real webshop.
Everything is fake. Names that appear with positive reviews are made up. This can be seen if you go in depth on Google and social media. The same is true of the before and after pictures.
I gave dem 1 star, because I couldn´t give ZERO.

What a nice answer. I have send them emails several times. The never answe, and they don’t send the money back they have “taken” from your bank account.

Scammers

Scammers.
Same experience as all below.
The only good review here must be a company insider.
I’ve spent an hour on the phone with my bank,
had to cancel my card, get a new one sent, etc. Fraudulent company.

Editing: Adding to my words after seeing their response below. A very polite response saying they only process payments after explicit confirmation - yet they set their website up so the only button you can push to continue, thinking you're continuing receiving the course content you bought, is a button that is obviously linked back-end to approving another higher payment. Its plain fraud.
Riddle me this - when I approved payment for the first very cheap online course, why did I not receive it?

I had same expierience buying yoga face…

I had same expierience buying yoga face for 4.99$ I send them the letter and the answer was this :

Нello! 😊 My name is Sofia — I’m your personal manager.
I understand your concern, and let’s go through everything calmly.
When purchasing the $4.99 course, you agreed to the service terms. The link to them was shown on the payment page, and I’m sharing it here again for your convenience: (here was a link to the page of terms)
Also, before payment, the page clearly stated that after the 3-day trial period, the subscription cost is billed quarterly (1 month = $33, so a quarter = 3 months).

💡 Your first payment of $4.99 gives you lifetime access to the course — it remains yours forever.
And the $99 charge is a 3-month access to the program with full support from our coaches, including:
🎤 voice diagnostics
🗣️ daily exercises
💬 online meetings
💫 feedback and personal recommendations from specialists.

According to Section 6 of our policy, you are eligible for a refund if you did not receive visible results from our programs and if all the following conditions are met:

• You contact us within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the subscription period ends.
• You have followed the program for at least 21 consecutive days within the first 30 days after your purchase (for monthly or longer subscription periods, including trial periods), and you received feedback and/or personal recommendations from a curator or coach (trainer), provided that your reports or questions were submitted on time.
• You can demonstrate that you followed the program by providing screenshots from your personal account confirming that you completed at least 21 trainings/meditations or other sessions.

Please note that the Money-Back Guarantee applies only when all these requirements are fulfilled. For clarity, this Guarantee does not apply to any other situations.

But so that this situation leaves you with a positive experience, I would like to offer you a nice bonus 💜
👉 I am extending your access to all courses on our platform for 6 months — with no additional payments.
You will have full access to all programs.

And of course they will not refund anything, because they pointed to the policy terms.

Very dissapointed, sounds like fraud nothing more

I just got a message from my bank

I just got a message from my bank, that I have made a purchase of US 99 dollars at GURUGO.ONLINE, which I most certainly HAVE NOT!
What is going on? I have NOT signed up for anything except the cheap offer which was 4,99 Send my money back!!
Beware that there is a piece of information written in small saying, that you have this offer for free for 3 days and after that - if you love it - its 33 dollars per month paid for 3 months ahead. So even if you decline all the offers you are trapped. Tjek the conditions before you accept.

Black Friday offer turned into unexpected extra charges

I purchased a Black Friday promotional product from Gurogo.online for 4.99 USD.
The low price was appealing, but immediately after the initial purchase I was taken through several additional offer screens. I declined every one of them.

Despite declining the offers, I was still charged an additional ~70 USD for items I did not intend to buy. There was no clear final summary page showing all charges before payment, so I had no idea extra products were being added.

I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, but they refused to take responsibility or refund the unintended charges.

This was my personal experience. I recommend checking the entire checkout flow carefully before purchasing, especially during promotions.
