Refund offered as damage control, but the deceptive product description remains
After filing a complaint, the site attempted to resolve the issue by offering a refund (damage control).
However, this does not fix the root of the problem: the product's title and description contain a major, misleading omission.
They are selling a volume license key Office 2024 Pro+ (LTSC) under the premise of a standard activation (usual Non-LTSC in description and/or title itself), forcing the customer to deal with unexpected technical hurdles because they weren't transparent from the start.
This is a critical error on the platform's end, not the fault of a buyer who simply trusts what is written.
While a refund is the bare minimum expected, the real solution would be to correct their advertising so they stop wasting future customers' time with misleading information and evasive support responses.
And trust me, Office has been running on a notoriously flawed installer since 2016, which makes it an absolute nightmare to clean up and uninstall properly when these channel conflicts happen.

I had an issue with a W11 IoT LTSC key, that was not working, but I contacted the CS via email and in less of a second, they gave me another key and solved my issue.
I truly recommend buying keys here, if you have an issue they got you covered.
PS. Please improve your Live Chat Agents, they only give you Copy-Paste response.

I purchased an Office license, but I'm unable to activate the key. I've been having this problem for a day now. Very disappointing customer support…
Very disappointing customer support experience.
I completed a USDC payment through GVGmall’s official crypto checkout system and the blockchain transaction was successfully confirmed on-chain. I provided all proof multiple times:
* transaction hash
* blockchain confirmation
* checkout screenshots
* payment confirmation by email and live chat
Instead of actually investigating the issue, support repeatedly sends the same copy-paste responses over and over without properly helping the customer or answering direct questions.
Their own payment system generated the wallet address and checkout session, yet after payment they simply marked the orders as “failed” and kept repeating generic messages like “wait for finance department” for days.
Even worse, the checkout page showed USDC/Base, while their internal screenshots later showed USDT/Tron/Ether, which suggests problems within their own payment gateway system.
At this point it feels like support is not truly reviewing the case and is only responding with automated or scripted replies instead of providing real assistance or resolution.
Very frustrating experience.
