Customer Service sucks. Bought a "LIFETIME" windows key last year. Changed my hardware. Now they tell me I cant use it. Wont buy from GVG again thats for sure!!!

Customer service is really bad
Customer service is really bad — the responses are extremely basic. I had a similar issue a few years ago with a Microsoft account and they provided a solution. Here, the agent was very simplistic in their replies and wasn’t able to offer any solution — even something like “we can’t help you.” Instead, the response was just “use common passwords.”

Great for buying windows keys cheap! (Good cutomer service too!!)
I've recently built my first computer and have been running an un-activated version of windows 11 home for the last month. I finally came around to wanting to activate it and thought that I could skimp out by purchasing a windows 10 pro key.
They sent me the key right away but it didn't work (idk what I was thinking using mismatched keys/installation) but the customer service was amazing!
I explained my issue and they were able to give me a windows 11 home key within a few minutes (literally like 2 minutes) and it activated right up!
Idk who you are but tysm to the customer service rep that helped me out and I recommend this website to buy windows keys at a discount!
