Very quick delivery. Packaged well.

Very good good product. You wouldn't of guessed that they was a small company, the quality of the product is very good. I bought 2x5kg bumper weights. Delivery was very fast, this is the place I'll be coming back to if I need anymore weights in the future. Definitely worth trying out for anyone thats new to them

Bought a reformer machine it broke within a few months they want me to pay to send it back even though it is faulty and I may or may not get reimbursed so now left out of pocket and no product do not use this company terrible customer service

Awful company. I ordered some dumbbells. DPD said they were unable to deliver so to contact the merchant. It’s taken me around 20+ emails back and fourth, and threats to contact Trading Standards and to raise it with the payment provider for them to refund me. Do not buy from here.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unsafe equipment, poorly packaged, the poorest customer service. Charge you fees for returning such equipment and refuse to return your money but offer store credit. Have spent weeks speaking online and being told I’d get a refund then telling me they can’t.

Bought two sets of dumbbells and they came in perfect condition. I had an issue with delivery (courier) and Lynjay was very helpful and got it sorted straight away with the delivery company. Good customer service and good products.

Ordered a lat pull down machine and was delivered quicker than expected, it came well packaged and all items were secure and arrived in perfect condition.

The equipment was straightforward to assemble and of higher quality than expected.

Would happily use these guys again without hesitation.

Top quality competition sled, this thing is an absolute UNIT and I’m not exaggerating! It’s like a piece of kit straight out of a Hyrox pro arena. It’s heavy, smooth, strong, and better than any of the official Hyrox Open sleds I’ve come across!

It has coated/textured steel push poles that are solid and comfortable to lean into, and the centre pole twists on/off easily. It comes with 2 corner poles plus the centre pole, so if you want the full 4 corner “race day” setup, you can buy the add-on pair which makes the whole thing race weight once you add plates.

I bought the add-on rope too and it’s of equal quality, thick, heavy, secure, for serious pulling power. The rope connector is chunky steel and the same type as the sled hooks but there’s no clip so you’ll need to get an XL carabiner or a strap to hook it to the sled. I’ve used a strap with steel loops as I only had small carabiners, but it works fine. The whole set up feels bombproof and would survive a decade of Hyrox abuse!

Delivery took a few days and they texted and emailed a day/time. You do need to confirm this first because it’s a two‑man delivery.

I’ve since bought the their large diameter 25kg weight plates which are great quality and complete the whole setup.

I’m really impressed with Gym Sets UK, everything has been quality and the whole service has been seamless. I will definitely use them again.

Second time using this company - I was so impressed the first time I went straight there when I wanted to make another purchase. I cannot fault them, from the ease of using the website to the ease of placing an order. Then there’s the super speedy delivery and excellent customer service to boot!
If you’re in 2 minds about placing an order then don’t be - go for it! A super business to deal with.

Ordered items back in November 2025 that got delivered sporadically over the coming months. 8 months later, there is still 1 item outstanding that I’ve been told won’t be coming back into stock or at least, not any time soon; I waited patiently for the wall mounted pulley system until mid June 2026 by which time I had had enough. I ordered these items in advance so we had them ready for when the gym was completed and now I’m left without a vital part which is very frustrating.
Gymsets either never got stock of the machine, that had remained on their site as a preorder item so is highly unlikely, or I was just never allocated a unit when they did come in. I was given several dates over the waiting period as to when they would be in stock and all these dates passed with no delivery. I was offered credit, which I declined, as I need the money to buy the item I want elsewhere and have been waiting for a refund for the last two weeks. It was confirmed over the phone the amount etc and since then I have contacted them several times and have been repeatedly fobbed off with “it’s being reviewed by our refunds team” or have been offered different items, entirely different to what I ordered in the first place which are of no interest to me. I have waited very patiently and have been very passive and accepting of the situation until now; I feel they have completely taken advantage of that. I am owed £252.45 and I’m tired of waiting. Do not order any pre order items from them, who knows if it’ll ever come into stock! And if it does, if they’ll bother to send you one… after another frustrating phone call this afternoon, I have received yet another email saying it’s with the refunds team and they’ll get back to me as soon as there’s an update. I don’t understand what is taking so long to just send MY MONEY back to my account. It doesn’t need “reviewing” the payment needs ISSUING. Will never use them again after this. Competitive prices are only worth it when you actually receive what you’ve bought either at all or at the very least, in a timely manner. I have lost all trust in the company now.

Update from a previous review. This time on customer service. The poor quality items (plastic adjustable dumbells) broke. Let their customer service know, sent a video and was told a replacement would be sent out on the 23rd. A week later, now they are asking for more evidence. Refund request. Seriously, dont waste your money

Ordered Hex Dumbbells whilst there was a great sale on. Very timely delivery as stated on the website and very pleased with the products. Will be using this site again
