Perfect Hotel, Perfect Holiday

This was our 6th time going to the H10 Rubicon Palace. As always we had a perfect time. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had emailed Alberto to request rooms together and also an interconnecting room for my daughter and granddaughter as always we were listened to and our request was granted. We look forward to returning next year.

The H10 Big Sur in Los Cristianos was…

The H10 Big Sur in Los Cristianos was as good as was promised. Stunning, comfortable rooms and beds with excellent daily cleaning from Kendra and Julia. The range of food for breakfast and dinner was excellent and of high quality. A particular mention must be made of Anna who served food to everyone with a smile that lit up the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed her omlettes! We enjoyed eating on the terrace with attentive waiters. A great holiday for which we thank the whole H10 team at the hotel.

Staff don't care about your concerns. Be prepared to be disappointed

@OceanRiveriaParadise Staff are arrogant. Guest services are disappointing. We were told ALL rooms have water leaking issue from the shower to the toilet room. Pull out bed broken in room and was not fixed (staff claim it's not broken but the screw is obviously gone)... food was very mediocre ABSOLUTELY NOT a 5 stars resort! And there isn't even an actual beach!!!!

Incredible Vacation

I have gone to Ocean El Faro 4 years go when they first opened, I loved it so much I knew I had to come bakc. We went back to Ocean El Faro for our honeymoon and stayed there for 2 weeks! We loved all the restaurant options, multiple pools, lazy river, snack bars, shows every night and they even have a bowling alley! The staff were also very friendly. We especially loved Rosely (our butler with Premier) - she was very helpful and always assisting us with golf carts, restaurant reservations, all with a smile on her face. We can't wait to be back already!

H10 Waterloo

H10 Waterloo: We had a night’s stay at this hotel and on checking in, the room was really hot. The air conditioning was not working and after calling reception i was advised that they manually change the temperature at reception, asking what temperature would i like and to give it 40 minutes. Very strange and i could not help thinking i was being lied to. We then went out and came back later at night to not surprisingly still a very hot room. We called reception again who then said they will try to fix it within the next 20 minutes. Nothing happened, we then had a very uncomfortable night being extremely hot even with the window open which then also made it very noisy. At a cost of £349.00 for what is a very basic room which you cant even enjoy a night’s sleep in we were understandably unhappy. What really upset us was on discussing our concerns with reception the next day the lady advised it had not been working since Friday ( we checked in Saturday ) and we should really have been offered a fan. As I thought I was lied to…… disgusting customer service and I can’t believe a company like this would advise staff to treat customers like this. Offered a free breakfast, laughable.

We stayed at Ocean El Faro and had a great time. Our initial room has a bad smell, I think the previous guest may have left the balcony open too long. We went to a presentation about the travel club and let them know what was happening. After that our room was changed and we were introduced to Ray who made the rest of our time there amazing! We were able to text her and she helped us with our dinner reservations which made everything smooth and easy.

Great resort

My girlfriend and I stayed at the El Faro resort and had an amazing time. We ended up buying the premium club membership and look forward to using it in the next few years. Our concierge Ray was fantastic and was so helpful! Definitely worth the upgrade!!

Ocean El Faro beautiful resort

My husband and I had an amazing vacation celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary at Ocean ElFaro in Bavaro Punta Cana the resort is so beautiful and we bought the Premium Travel Club membership, and Rainelis Rosario(Ray) was our concierge she was absolutely amazing.She made everything so beautifully amazing!
And what great friends we became.
Can wait to return to see all our beautiful friends we made. Everyone was so very friendly.

Ocean El Faro- Premium Club review

My sister, friend, & I stayed at Ocean El Faro in Punta Cana for 5 nights. We joined the Premium Club and our host Ray made our stay very enjoyable. She was very attentive to our needs & request. The resort is beautiful people very friendly. We will come back and hope to have her as a host again!

I joined H10 program last September in…

I joined H10 program last September in Punta Cana. Our counsellor Louis-Jean explained us the program and we joined for a 25 years period. LJ continued is customer service even when we were in another H10 hotel in Playa del Carmen. So far so good, our family saved 6K in our last trip in Mexico. I already booked for September and December. I expect to have my ROI in 2 years.

daughter and my birthday

For my daughter and my birthday, my husband planned our trip and we visited the Dominican Republic recently. We stayed at El faro, we weren't happy at the beginning about how our vacation had started, we met some people who are members of the Premium Travel Club for years because They like to travel and like the H10 and the Premium,all of a sudden, we talked to Jean Louis, who helped us with the membership, immediately our vacations turned to be a success, we had our survices upgraded and we had our ouwn butler,this is a very good way to vacation,and we look forward to going to Jamaica.The price we paid would have been three times cheaper had we been members, so we are very happy we can travel with better qualities and pay less money. We are very happy about our program.

We have been members since 2017 and have upgraded from 1 room to 3 rooms in 2019 and in January 2023 at El Faro we have upgraded to 6 rooms a year. H10 staff were very friendly. Gaby was very helpful and kind. She showed us a master suite. Very nice room facing the ocean. Gaby along with Sol and Frasier were all great. We have traveled to many of H10 hotels and El Faro is one of our favorites.

We LOVE being members of the Premier…

We LOVE being members of the Premier travel club! The benefits and services are exceptional! Our bulter Alexander was so efficient and made sure we had everything we needed daily, he made all our dinner reservations each day so we didn't have to worry about the hassle. We signed up in 2017 with Sol Perez who has always felt like a family member, we love her ❤️. Then we met Edwin, who we now also consider family. And this trip, Lissette was amazing!! Showing us the different types of rooms and taking us on a tour, just another family member now. Everyone makes us feel so welcome and so loved. If you are on the fence about the membership, don't be! My 9 day stay at Ocean El Faro was $1780 usd!!! So worth it. We will continue coming back just for the love we receive from our "family"

Ocean El Faro.....a Paradise in Paradise!

I visited Ocean El Faro in Bavaro Dominican Republic in August 2022 for 2 weeks and just returned from OEF again on March 17th and had upgraded my membership from Gold to a Platinum Tier. The resort is fabulous and the Staff aka "Mi Familia" are incredible! My Concierge, Raynelis was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless! She worked from the hotel and even contacted me on her days off from her home to ensure everything I needed was provided! It's because of employees like her that I decided to upgrade my membership! A special thanks to her and all the other wonderful staff who made me and my Family fell sooo welcome and right a Home!!!

Incredible service, very nice hotel

We bought the premium package in November 2022 at El Faro. We had the best ever concierge in Rainelis Rosario. She took care of us like if we were family.
The hotel is clean, the service is perfect, the food is incredible.
We are now in Mexico in Ocean Maya Royale. Very nice place too.
We are enjoying our Premium privileges.

I made a reservation and was charged immediately. However, I received no email confirmation, I was not able to reach anyone on the phone or via email and after many attempts I just feel this is a scam. The customer service is non existent even before leaving for a vacation...

Customer service fair. Hard to get reservations and slow food service. Understaffed. Would not stay here again.
Person for whom I went had a wedding package....evetuthing had to be upgraded. Package didn't even include dance floor. The shining light was Gustavo, the swim up bar bartender. March 2023, ocean Coral & turquesa, Cancun
