When placing my order the online site…
When placing my order the online site said everything I was looking was in stock so payed for it hoping to pick up the next day or so only to get an email next day to say they don't have my order in stock. So now have had to put the job of and as of today it has been a week and no word on my order. I'm not happy with the service.

Phoned up on the Wednesday and asked…
Phoned up on the Wednesday and asked for our delivery to be delivered on the Friday as there would be no one home on Thursday. The Guy said that he had sorted that to then only find that they went ahead and delivered it on the Thursday ffs.

Lack of communication and service
We paid and loaded paving slabs into our car after being told there were 28, only to find out there were 27. So the girl at the desk Nina said she'd get 1 delivered from another store for last Wednesday. By Thursday no word so I phoned. I was unable to get speaking to anyone who knew anything. Then Nina emailed to say someone was off sick so asked if I wanted to go to Ladas Drive to get it. I cant do that so I replied asking for it to be delivered to Bangor by Saturday 16th. I haven't received any communication since. Very disappointed and still waiting to receive my paving slabs thats been paid for.

On line bathroom suite order
Tried to order bathroom on line but at the payment it has a drop down box to select which sales room you want it delivered to. This didn't work despite several attempts. I phoned the branch who put me through to the appropriate department. However no answer, so I left a message to be contacted. No one phoned back so went to the showroom only to be informed that none of the products were available despite the web site stating they were in stock for collection. I was then informed this was a common occurrence. What a waste of time!

Delivery first class
Ordered 3 bulk bags of stone 750kg each.
Arrived on a long wheeled based lorry.
Driver still managed to get in and out of my drive. Not an easy task.

Order collection
I initially had to call to see if my order was ready when the email said they would call me. I did receive a callback though and they confirmed my order was ready.
On collection the staff on site were extremely helpful and quick.
