I ordered the wine in the morning and I got it few hrs later on the same day...nice and fast awesome!

Good product range, well priced, and great customer service. I always get a call if a product is not in stock with the caller focused on getting my wine to me as fast as they can. Great service and I will be returning again when needed.

I am extremely satisfied with service offered by half bottles and had intended to contact the service and thank them very much for the three deliveries I have had so far. I am amazed that as a Victorian, I need to import good quality half and in fact quarter bottles from NSW. We are constantly being told that women especially should not drink more than two standard drinks of wine in one day, and should not drink every day. So what happens to the rest of the bottle if it is opened by a couple of people, and is a full sized bottle? My husband and I have found the small bottles very pleasant and helpful in offering us appropriate quantities of wine to be drunk with meals at home. Yet they are virtually unobtainable here, especially in the case of quality red wines. The range available from your store is very comprehensive, and the service is prompt and efficient.

This is a wonderful website. I like a glass of wine but as my partner doesn't drink, I often waste half a bottle. Buying half bottles suits me fine. The staff are friendly and efficient and the wine is suitably priced.

Very responsive and eager to please. Definitely a strong focus on customer service for the three or four orders I've put in over the past year. Website could use some upgrading with more search tools - it looks a little old although it does work fine. Recommended.

Love this company ! Always helpful and in contact if, for any reason, items not in stock. Huge variety, suit all tastes and budgets . Australia Post slow to deliver this time - I waited days longer for my delivery. Usually delivery is only about two days.
