I made a mistake with my delivery …
I made a mistake with my delivery address resulting in the wine being returned to sender. Half Bottles have resent the wine to the correct address without hesitation or additional cost. Great service.

Where is my dozen?
Nice man called to say they couldn't readily get in the wine I asked for. He offered a substitute and I selected a slightly more expensive one. I offered to pay the difference so that he wasn't out of pocket. He said it would be ok and that he would absorb the cost. The delivery turned up one bottle short. I thought he was absorbing the cost and not the bottle.

Hi Adam - our records indicate that the 3 bottles replaced 4 bottles and the value totalled of each type was exactly equal, hence the missing bottle - so short a bottle but not in $$$ - apologies if this wasn't explained clearly as an option when discussing the swap. Great product prompt delivery. If you find like me and my fiancee that you never get through a full bottle of wine quick enough before it goes vinegary, spend the same amount of money on a half bottle but get better quality wine and don't waste any!

Good range. Good service. Pity about the freight charge.
It was a pleasure to find a supplier that specialises in half bottles.
I drink red and my wife drinks white.
I am weak and once a bottle is open I'll finish it. My new weight loss strategy is to try bottles that hold less wine. But it has to be good wine :-)
I found prices to be reasonable but I wasn't happy with the freight charge.
My initial order was over $1000 but when I found out the shipping charge, I aborted.
A week later I came back and ordered $500 worth and begrudgingly accepted the freight. But I am still looking for more cost effective alternatives.
