Andy is extremely knowledgable, fast and responsive, always more than happy to jump on a call to chat through my many questions as a first time buyer. Since getting my offer on my property accepted and my original mortgage offer coming through, Andy was also always very on it with securing me the best rate as they changed, meaning my repayments came down by over £50 a month all during the conveyancing period.

Andrew Hardcastle has as of today already saved us £100 per month on our mortgage & it hasn’t yet gone live! How…1. Excellent knowledge, who knew a mortgage deal could be locked in, well in advance of a fixed rate renewal. 2. Great understanding of the market, his advice was spot on! 3. Acting proactively & delivering his promises -Andrew ran all the rates on the first day possible, as promised. He then found the best deal, being persistent in getting hold of me to agree the rate. The next day the best rates were withdrawn and hiked up. 4. Great communication- Andy has kept us informed at every step and continues to manage things through.
5. Being a genuinely nice bloke, who builds relationships through trust & listening to what’s needed.
Considering there have been 2x increased interest rates between securing our rate and the actual renewal date, making the call to Andy was the best financial decision I’ve made.
