Andrew has been the most helpful, professional, exceptional person throughout our mortgage experience. As first time buyers, we don’t have much knowledge on the process and whenever I have had a question (I have had about 142), Andrew has been there immediately to answer it and put our minds at ease. The process isn’t even over yet, but I couldn’t ask for a better person to handle our mortgage and other needs, I will continue to use Andrew throughout any mortgage, life insurance or building insurance needs. Knowledgeable, responsive and available - Andy has usefully prompted me for information to enable my applications to be submitted timely when impending rate increases were being applied, and then worked late to ensure my application was submitted that day.
