Easy order, easy everything!
Easy order, dispatched the same day (me being me ordered on a Friday... doh!). Quick, no fuss delivery and earlier than expected. Instructions provided were clear and concise to follow and the antenna was up the same day and showing the stated SWR as per the literature - despite my rushed enthusiasm to get it mounted. It was dropped after a new mast (of decent diameter - 41.3mm) was required and is now looking much better after a bit of thought AND advice from the makers themselves, so thanks to them also!
I'd happily buy from Waters and Stanton again and may move all my ham radio purchases to them in the foreseeable future, they won't get rich, but, their service is darned good!

Having ordered the CW key
Having ordered the CW key, I had a query regarding my order, and Waters and Stanton replied almost immediately. The key arrived a couple of days later very well packaged and protected. Top service. The key itself? Having recently started this hobby, and not having done any CW for about 38 years (army days), I thought I would give one of these new fangled paddle keys a go. The Xiegu key was very reasonably priced, and now having used it over the weekend, very pleased with it. Sometimes forget which paddle is dash and which is dot (trained on a straight key), but that's my fault not the key's. Its helping me enjoy using CW again after such a long break.

Parcelfarce strikes again
Service from the shop was great but the delivery from Parcelfarce was a complete debacle, it was delivered two days late, not only did they deliver it to the wrong address but also delivered it to a neighbour of the wrong address.
