They won’t refund custom fees after sending me a damaged bag.
I ordered a chanel flap bag and it arrived with more wear than what it was described in their listing (website) so I emailed them within 24 hours of receiving the bag and they sent me a shipping label 8 hours later to return the bag. I received a refund a week after shipping the bag back to them but HOWEVER they never refunded me the custom fees that I initially paid for the bag. This I felt was very unfair because if they sent me a damaged bag then I should also be refunded for the custom fees. When I tried contacting them on what’s app they told me I should contact DHL which I did prior to contacting them and DHL told me that the merchant is supposed to refund me the custom fees since the mistake was in their end. This was very unprofessional inconvenient.

We are so sad you are not happy with the bag. As a maximum response, we have agreed to return the product free of charge and will cover the return shipping costs. We then checked the product and issued a full refund.
As stated in our Shipping Policy, the goods do not include any taxes that may be incurred at customs clearance. The same applies to returns.
As for customs duties, I think DHL answered that way because they collect them by proxy. Please check directly with the customs authorities in your country.
We regret any unpleasantness this may have caused you. We hope that DHL's unkind behavior will be remedied and that you will receive a refund from the Customs authorities in your country.

I bought a Chanel Diana bag from the Hannari store and it arrived today shipped via DHL . The condition is very good, the photos looked very good condition but when I opened the box the bag was as described and beautiful 😍 and I was in love 🥰. Thank you Hannari it was a pleasant experience . The owner was helpful, professional and quick to reply to my messages and shipping was excellent! I would recommend this store and would purchase from him again.

The ONLY place you need for Vintage CHANEL!
Hannari is HANDS DOWN the ONLY place to buy vintage Chanel. I did a lot of research in my hunt to find a black Chanel vintage medium CF. Not sure which was the first site I saw Hannari handbags being sold but coincidentally they were all over eBay, ReBag, 1stDibs, and probably more. This put me at ease knowing they were a reputable Japanese company, and on top of that seeing all the positive reviews on TrustPilot. Their prices are extremely reasonable compared to other resellers, and their bags are in pristine condition!! After reading other reviews, I decided to purchase directly from the Hannari website. There was an option to chat with the company via WhatsApp so I used that route in asking all my questions regarding the bag. Tomoaki, the owner, is very sweet and super easy to work with. He was very patient as it took me several days for me to make my decision. He would even respond to me, no matter the hour, given our 14 hour time difference (I’m in East Coast USA). I used Zeko for my authentication process and she confirmed the bag was authentic. The bag got to me in 5 days! Super satisfied, and I will continue to purchase from Hannari.

This was an excellent experience. I was looking for a Chanel bag that was the same age as myself, I wanted a vintage with a story. The pictures were clear and accurate. The delivery was punctual. The bag is perfect. Everything went as precise as a Grand Seiko Snowflake :)) Hope I can budget another bag this year!

The shopping experience was seamless. I saw a bag I fell in love at first sight so I bought it right away. I recently purchased the classic full flap. It came in a full set and had all the accessories. It is a beautiful vintage bag in a really good condition, and I paid the perfect price! Best place to buy is on their website (I used the coupon voucher). I also got it authenticated for a peace of mind, and it is confirmed authentic. It took DHL about 3 business days to arrive to me, once it was shipped.
Overall, 10 out of 10!

Price is high but the experience made up for it :)
I was initially reluctant to purchase from Hannari as the prices are on the high side (there are other cheaper alternatives on eBay). However, the bags Hannari carries seem to be in great condition. I ended up making a purchase as I really wanted a vintage Chanel bag in good condition. The delivery by DHL was extremely fast and I received the bag in 2 days. The bag was indeed in good condition and well packaged. Although the price I paid was slightly high, the overall experience made up for it.
p.s. Hannari prices are better in the original online store compared to the eBay store. If you want to make a purchase, do buy it directly from the original website!

I have been searching for a vintage (used) Chanel Medium Flap bag for a while and I came across this seller on Ebay. The seller had excellent reviews on Ebay as well as on Trustpilot so I decided to purchase from Hannari. Shipping time from my initial order to final delivery took just 5 x days. The quality of the used bag was excellent for the price I paid (about $5,500 with Taxes). To be absolutely sure that I had received a genuine Chanel, I had the bag verified by a 3rd party authentication service who deemed the bag to be authentic. Based on my personnel experience, I would recommend this seller.
