I had been looking for a vintage Chanel classic 2.55 Double flap for a while and Hannari is one of the sites that looks most promising. I received my gorgeous bag within 3 days of my order; neatly packed with a personal touch. The bag looks exactly as I had seen it on their website. Their photos and claims are authentic. Due to all the fake products around, I was quite hesitant about buying a used Chanel product without even having seen or touched it. After emailing my doubts to Hannari, I received trustworthy responses that gave me enough peace of mind to place the order. I took the risk and what can I say - the bag was shipped immediately, the shipping process was monitored and communicated constantly and the bag and accessory arrived in exactly the advertised conditions. I am certainly not a specialist, but the slight signs of wear on the bag do not give me the impression that they were artificially created just to produce a fake. Happy wife, happy life!

He promptly replied to all my emails and kept me posted during the entire shipping process from Japan to Saudi Arabia. Flawless Chanel Transaction
Ordered my Chanel tote with gold chain in lamb skin on a Friday and received it today in the United States (Tuesday). It was sent via FedEx. The bag is exactly as described and looks exactly like the photos. It did not come with a Chanel box but it is to be expected with some vintage bags. Will definitely purchase bags at Hannari in the future. This transaction was flawless and I'm just so in love with my bag!

I had been shopping for a specific style Louis Vuitton that is no longer in production. And though the bag I wanted was not an extremely rare bag, I was searching for one in near mint, excellent condition. I wanted a lighter shade of patina in the leather, not one that had been carried a ton. And absolutely no stains on the interior. When I came across Hannari shop, I was surprised to see they had so many listings of the same bag I wanted, all in various conditions and with tons of detailed photos. I will admit I was nervous purchasing from a store I wasn't familiar with, until I read the reviews from recent happy customers. They instantly sent me an e-mail acknowledging my order and letting me know it would ship that Monday (I ordered on a Saturday) then another e-mail was sent confirming it had shipped, and the FedEx tracking number. The bag arrived so quickly, literally 3 business days from Japan to Florida. It was carefully packaged and protected, and it was the exact bag I had chosen, no surprises on its condition. I feel my bag was priced just right considering it's near mint and superior condition, and I never doubted the authenticity because of the detailed photos. I would highly recommend, and will be purchasing from again!!

I was able to find exactly the piece I was looking for on Hannari's website. Communication was fast and easy. I received my item very quickly (in a day or two!). Most importantly, my handbag is absolutely amazing and has far exceeded my expectations! It is in fantastic condition, I absolutely love it and have carried nothing other than this bag since my purchase at Hannari.
