Customer service experience AMAZING!!!

I received my bike and it looks and works great. The only issues I had was that the front tire was warped and kept coming off the inner tube which eventually led to a blow out, and the brake light signal was torn. Thankfully, the HappyRunSport team provided a way for me to replace the tire and inner tube as well as the brake light. They provided tracking numbers and communicated throughout the whole process. It can be frustrating when you get a new product and can’t use it the way you want but it’s even more frustrating to have customer service that won’t help, and I can’t say that about this team. They were helpful throughout every step and I’m grateful for the positive customer service provided. Would HIGHLY recommend you get you a bike from them if you don’t already. Thanks again!!!

The gt300 pro arrived ahead of…

The gt300 pro arrived ahead of schedule. I have had no problems at all with it from day one. It runs as good now as it did when I received it 5 months ago. And the customer service has always responded in a timely manner.

These locks are junk after one use notice the numbers are disappearing!!!! So I rubbed them and like chalk!!

Haven’t really been able to ride it…yet

Haven’t really been able to ride it yet, because the rear tire that was shipped with the bike won’t fill up with any air. I suspect it is an issue with the tube, as I can’t inflate the tire past 6 psi. I tried ordering a new tube and they don’t even have any in stock to purchase. Cool looking bike and i think we’ll be worth the money. Just frustrating to not be able to use it bc of the condition it was shipped to me in.

Happyrun G300 pro

Happyrun G300 pro: I have to say, after a short panic when my bike arrived, Happyrun customer service was fast to react. They sent everything that was needed to make the repair. Once the bike was rideable, I put a quick 100+ miles on it. I have to say that it rides excellent. At this price point, I don’t think anyone could find a better deal. The battery is very capable. The motor delivers good torque for a hub motor setup. It’s a solid E bike. satisfied customer.

Totally Awesome E-bike!!

I have now owned my G-100 for four months. My overall experience is that this E-bike is totally awesome. I live in the Tampa Bay Florida area and get the pleasure of being able to ride every day. i get asked about this E-bike all of the time. There are nice bike lanes and trails so I can ride at various speeds. The bike is well balanced at 1 mph as it is at 35 mph. It definitely rides more like a motorcycle then it does a bicycle. The G100 is made with great quality materials and craftmenship. The price is unbeatable for the quality bike you get! The Customer Service Department was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly. I would not hesitate to buy this bike again. Go ahead and get it you'll be happy you did!

delivery was 3 days awesome .rear…

delivery was 3 days awesome .rear fender was scraped up and missing phone holder and gloves charger was damaged , gloves and phone holder delivered within a few days still waiting on rear fender and charger my son absolutely loves his new dirt bike

Excellent company to deal with

We purchased the warranty for our bike. My son had a spoke break and caused him to crash. Happyrunsports was more than helpful. They answered my emails very quickly and took care of our problem with no issues. I would recommend this company!

When I frist got my bike it had a bad…

When I frist got my bike it had a bad inter tube on back had to order a new one got it 4days later but I change it out now I'm happy very impressed by the way this bike handle in rockey hilley country I love it it kinda scarey as fast as it goes but I handle it well I took seat off and installed a rack on back it great for my backpack and bow

G100 Pro no regrets

Product shipped as advertised. All components were in the box. Assembly was easy although directions could have been better. Happyrun service responded quickly to my question. I love my G100 Pro it is fun. Have had 4 months so far so good no problems.

Yellow Happyrun G100

This is my second Yellow G100. The price point is good as is the quality of the bike. I've looked around and came back to this bike. It'suits my need perfectly. I recommend it.

The bike is awesome

The bike is awesome! It is sturdy and runs great. My grandson absolutely loves it. For me the warranty and customer service made me delighted. We had a bad part and they quickly sent replacement part and reimbursed me for repairs, that is 5 star customer service!!
We will buy another bike from Happyrun!
