We’ve just sold our house with Hardisty in Horsforth and they have been amazing from start to finish. The whole team are knowledgeable and always happy to help. We couldn’t have asked for more from our Sales Negotiator, Luke. He kept us informed every step of the way and responded to any queries promptly. Selling a house can be a stressful time but Luke and the team at Hardisty have really made it all feel easier and friendlier and we would highly recommend them.

Not yet completed but the process with Hardisty so far has been smooth. Their communication (particularly from Jack Barry) has been efficient and they are willing to go the extra mile to help us out. Would recommend based on our experience so far.

The sheer effort of Lehila, one of the sales progressors at the Horsforth branch was phenomenal. We were in the middle of a chain of 6 ( and one sale also had to purchases). There were delays and issues along the way but throughout Lehila's professionalism shone. She worked tirelessly to get the completion across the line keeping in touch with other agents, our buyer and solicitors . All in all Lehila was amazing!

We'd also like to say how fantastic Jack, our Sales advisor was who was always on hand with expert advice to guide us.

Having just gone through a house purchase and sale I can honestly say that having Lehila and the team at Hardisty help navigate the progression was an absolute dream.

Lehlia was so amazingly helpful throughout the whole process of selling my house. It's a stressful thing to go through but she made it so much easier and was always available to answer my questions.

I can’t recommend the team at Hardisty enough.
I’d chosen Hardisty to sell my Mum’s house after visiting a number estate agents on New Road Side and was struck by the team in the Hardisty office. I really felt that I wanted prospective buyers for the house to feel the same way.
I wasn’t disappointed.
The house sold relatively quickly but then probity and managing the chain took a while before completion.
Roxy was invaluable in helping to keep things on track and actually helped manage both the chain and solicitors at our end.
We had lots of queries to sort from folks in the chain and Roxy communicated efficiently and was always measured and tolerant.

The Hardisty team did a great job in getting the sale of our property over the line after a few false starts with some prospective buyers backing out.
When we did finally have some firm interest, discussions with Luke helped us achieve the best price for the property.
After the agreement of the sale, Lehila progressed the close out and was in touch on a regular basis to ensure we kept things moving forward and was very helpful with pushing the buyers solicitors who were not very responsive!
All in all, a positive experience & outcome to allow us to sell the house.
