Dealt with Rob re LVT purchase. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish and received excellent advice and help along the way. The product (Chevron Pompeii) looks very premium for such a reasonable price.

Very helpful great service

I ordered a number of samples from HFS. There was an initial mix up with the delivery address but Rob was absolutely fantastic at sorting this out (and quickly) and re sent everything together with a little pack of sweets (nice touch). Rob spent a long time on the phone with me going through the qualities of each sample, asking about use and giving his recommendations and tips on after care etc. I appreciate this was only in relation to samples but this level of customer service really does encourage you to order from them

The tiles were very reasonably priced. I got a phone call the first working day after ordering confirming a convenient delivery date. They were on time, in good condition and beautiful tiles.

First class customer service with a team that genuinely care. From start to finish, I have nothing but praise for the Hardwood Floor Store, and especially Rob who I dealt with throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for Rob and he always went the extra mile to answer my questions, no matter how big or small my query was. I also really appreciated getting genuine and honest advice and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, making the process fun as well (which definitely helps when you’re spending a lot of money)! The order itself also arrived quickly after purchase and everything was immaculate. (I’ve ordered pallets in the past from other companies where they were insufficiently covered/protected but this was wrapped to perfection). I shall definitely be using them again for future purchases and can highly recommend you do the same if you want to receive a premium service and products but at very competitive prices. Bravo!

Floor is great! However when ordering we was told that any extra flooring that was unopened could be returned at any point ! Due to delays the flooring never got layed for another month after delivery and are now told that the 4 boxes spare we have can’t be returned under the 30 day policy that was never mentioned to us throughout.
Overall good flooring and quality though.

Free samples, quality / good service.

Considering I only ordered a sample, the service was quick and a bag of sweets were in the parcel which was a lovely touch. Lovely size sample too. Just getting our project arranged and will be putting in a big order soon!

Requested a free sample which arrived promptly. Loved the tile so put in our order on the phone. the whole process was easy. Very friendly and efficient staff. Product arrived when they said it would.

The top layer of the floor has come off easily, even though it was installed just three months ago. I asked for advice on how to repair it, but received no response. It won’t last until the end of the warranty period with the speed of deteriorating.
